the obligatory AI response - Key Points to Consider: Contractual Relationship: Since the fitter was paid directly by the customer and wasn't employed by your company, the contractual relationship appears to be between the customer and the fitter. This generally means the fitter, not your company, would be liable for any issues with the installation. Recommendations and Liability: However, recommending a fitter can create an implied warranty or expectation of quality. If a customer can prove that they relied on your recommendation and the work was substandard, there might be some liability, especially if the recommendation was made in a way that suggested an endorsement or guarantee of quality. Time Factor: The fact that the issues arose after three years could be relevant. Many warranties or guarantees on workmanship might not extend that long, and it might be harder for the customer to claim that the fault lies with the original installation rather than wear and tear. Evidence of Payment: If the fitter was paid directly by the customer (especially in cash), and there's no clear documentation linking your business to the transaction, this strengthens your position that the liability is with the fitter, not your company. Potential Legal Standpoint: Your Liability: Given that the fitter was paid directly and not employed by your company, it's likely that your liability is limited. The direct payment suggests that the customer engaged the fitter independently. Your Duty of Care: You might still have a duty of care in recommending a fitter, but this is usually limited unless there was negligence in the recommendation, such as recommending someone you knew was unqualified or had a history of poor workmanship.

Three Nigerian players disqualified for age cheating at the start of the competition massively embarrassing the country even though they will face Ivory Coast in the final on Saturday. Amiesimaka, a member of the defunct Green Eagles squad that won the 1980 Nations Cup in Nigeria, said that the disqualification was because of NFF’s inability to desist from cheating at age grade competitions. “It is a national embarrassment to have three of our players disqualified at the championship,’’ Amesimaka, a former Attorney General of Rivers, said. Wilfred Ndidi, Ibrahim Abdullahi and Emmanuel Asadu, were banned from the championship for failing the Magnetic Resonnance Imaging (MIR) test, as a result of age falsification.

Signings are a 7/10 so far, but he gets deducted 3 points for giving Vestergaard a 3 year deal, so 4/10.

I didn't know this was a thing..... and I have absolutely not been using it to make things a lot easier.

Xabi Alonso and "managerial experience"
glenny_fox replied to Koke's topic in General Football and Sport
1 is a middle of the road no thrills, no ambition manager who played as a CB for clubs like Preston. The other is one of the best CM's of his generation, which undoubtably would have given him a profound amount of tactical experience. yes Alonso may not have had previous management experience, but lets not pretend that he's just some random guy they picked up at a park, who hasn't spent years training to become a manager. -
Absolute shocking management from all aspects. If someone doesn't lose their job over all of this, then it'll show just how weak willed our senior management is.

I'd argue pretty much every player on that list, barring Kasper, is completely able to play the current way we play. Also, half of your list is no longer at the club so I don't see what point you are trying to make.

Just finished watching The Gentleman. Brilliant show from start to finish. Like others have said, Theo James is a shout for James Bond. it's a similar premise to the film but completely unrelated, so you don't need to watch the film beforehand.

I'm up to level 7 at the minute. was a bit underwhelmed originally, as every mission was rinse and repeat, with bugs/robots that were easy to kill. But now i've started to give challenging/hard a go it is actually starting to become quite enjoyable.

I assume Thomas can't play against us at the weekend... I think we should make an exception just this time.

From what I know, he has struggled over the past few years with his mental health. Think he's on the mend now though luckily after getting the help needed.

LCFC Vs. Birmingham City (3-0 W) Post Match Thread
glenny_fox replied to OntarioFox's topic in Leicester City Forum
Shows what having competent and experienced fullbacks can do when playing a pass-out from the back game. The old cliche of game of 2 halves -
I watched the first couple of episodes of it last night. Some decent enough action sequences, but as far as story and dialogue go it is very 'meh'.

The one's I'd question on there (assuming all out of contract players stayed); Vardy: I don't think he can be considered a prem player anymore. absolute legend of the club but shouldn't be near first 11 next year (small cameos at best to cause havoc) Coady & Souttar: These could make the grade next year (although i doubt Souttar will be here), Coady definitely has the ability, and I think Souttar has been hard done by this year. Daka: There is a player there, we all know it, but probably not suited to the football we play, hence won't be as effective Mavididi: He's impressing me more and more as the season goes on, but I still think he has a bit more to go before he can be considered prem quality. not to say i don't think he'll get there eventually Cannon: can probably go into the champ players section. he proved himself last year at Preston.

Just packed untradeable WW CR7 . without a doubt the best pull i've ever had. annoyingly though it means there is no room for thunderstruck Dalglish.

2025 is a blow, but I'd much rather they take their time and released a finished game. rather than the stuff developers release now that is nowhere near finished.

as good as KDH can be, he still needs to develop his decision making in the final 3rd. think we've all lost count of the amount of counter attacks where he has either tried to take it himself, taken too many touches, or passed to the completely wrong person. But with the coaching he is now likely receiving, I don't see any reason why these creases in his game can't be ironed out and become the player we all know he can.

Managed to get RTTK Modric, Acuna & Di Maria from Weekend league which was a massive W. If anyone wants an affordable striker who is absolutely OP, look no further than Alex Morgan from the WMLS. I have her on 0 chem and she is an absolute beast. she scores every shot she takes with the finesse trait

The ball boy in front of the family stand must not have got the message then, as my god he was the slowest kid ever. Actively avoided the ball on the cone, to go the extra 20 yards to fetch the ball.

Shows how committed he was to us, as by the sounds of that. there was never an intention to resign.
