Had a new Worcester Bosch boiler fitted Friday to replace my old worn out boiler but have mostly had the windows open, was quite ill Thursday at work and was dropped off at the LRI due to chest pains and a high temp, turned out I had a chest infection and am on a course of antibiotics, ibuprofen and paracetamol. When the guy was replacing my boiler I just checked out on my sofa but the boiler works fine. Temps gone back to normal now but still feeling crappy.

Well, it is just about Halloween so count Cooper is going to scare us all grey, apart from the baldies that is.

With it being the spooky season, been watching a few horror movies from my collection, decided to watch Split Second after watching Them, sure it's corny with some terrible dialogue but the cast carry the film, loved it when it first came out on the big screen, still love it today, a true cult classic.

Bit of a guilty pleasure, Accel world, set in the same universe as Sword Art Online if I remember correctly, high school kids can connect directly to an online world, they get linked in but if they die there they can never return to that world. The hero is a fat bullied kid who gets befriended by the hot school girl, she opens up this world to him but she has her own agenda. The music is pretty good, especially the battle theme. The theme that plays when kuroyukihime sacrifices herself to save the hero by using the link to force her body to move fast in the physical world, pushing him out of the way of a car...

Mentally, who knows, in looks, for sometime, I'm guessing he will not be sacked over Halloween because if he was to rock up at Tops pad to have a word they'd think Michael Myers had come calling without his mask.

I live in the real world though so,...oh that black cat again, deja vu, anyway, where was I.

There's a ton of really poor drivers around these days and that's not including the uber eats cyclists mostly on electric bikes so this video should surprise no one but the commentary at times is funny.

Read a few times Keanu wanted to play Spike from Cowboy Bebop but it just never happened, why I think John Wick 4 ended the way it did was him getting to do something similar with the way it ended.

Finally found The Wolfen novel on Youtube in audiobook strangely in the voice of Roddy McDowall The first part has a slight break in it but otherwise, really well done.

Much as I think he is not all that, he has got some points on the board now, is it some kind of voodoo black magic he is working because he certainly looks like he could be in a Hammer production as an assistant to Peter Cushing, well, who cares so long as we keep getting points on the board.

Not seen the original DevilMan in decades but I do remember it being foul languaged fun.

I'm rewatching a show that had to me, a superbly done first season, a very, very good second season, a bit of a muddled third season and what turned out to be a final fourth season.
