Not a great difference but the cinematic or unrated version, the unrated version has a tad more violence/blood in it. This was a surprisingly good movie when I first watched it so I have high hopes for the sequel.

Saw the trailer for Megan 2, bit like the T2 to T1 switcheroo of bad to good to defeat worst...
