  1. Great statement. The most worrying thing about relegation for me is the impact on the city. In the space of 18 months we will have gone from 30000 people coming into the city for the football, to under 20000 next season. It was abysmal in the city centre prior to the game on Tuesday, that will be the new norm.
  2. Of course he has but we boo Ayew unconditionally.
  3. He’s not a captain but I don’t blame for this.
  4. Sounds even better if they have still got the whiskies.
  5. Choudhury is our most detestable player. Drink driver. From the city/county and lives in Nottingham.
  6. Yeah that also was just as wrong to sing.
  7. Great list. I am pretty certain I have nearly or have done all city boundary pubs. Never heard of Dew Drop as I have never been to Hathern! The building looks great.
  8. If you look behind the scenes. The rot started as soon as Nigel Pearson left.
  9. They’re all shit.
  10. Whelan was the only representative of any club at the time to vote against pay per view games.
  11. The club was around for 126 years prior to King Power. This is King Power. The owner who died in a helicopter crash appointed Rudkin as director of football. Our current issues began the day Nigel Pearson left the club and we moved away from his upward management.
  12. Fantastic post. Should be added that the previous owner appointed Rudkin to Director of Football.
  13. No it’s King Power. Didn’t care for the previous owner and I don’t care for this one.
  14. Will be quite exciting to watch who stays up out of Oxford and Portsmouth.
  15. Reckon they’ll do a good discount for season ticket holders for the Football League Trophy next season.
  16. The owner who died in the helicopter crash appointed Jon Rudkin as director of football. Nigel Pearson created the ethic and culture. The owner was clever enough to not get too involved. I think you give King Power in any iteration too much credit. They got lucky with us for a bit.
  17. Good for him. It looks like he had a nice time. A change of scene is always good.
  18. If we go down, it will be before the start of next season.
  19. Worcester is the loveliest city. Unfortunately due to in laws, I have to spend a lot of time near Ledbury. Worcester is the superior city, to Hereford and Gloucester.
  20. Probably because he’s one of a number of players who if they were good enough, would be playing for England.
  21. Add Buxton to the places that has a better pub scene than Leicester. Ridiculous.
  22. I walk past it everyday to work. I was initially defensive of them taking on the place but I am now very worried. Maybe it’s because I am hating on the Rutland and Derby more and more.
  23. Neither do I. But I just worry about the current division in our fanbase being even further fragmented. Until a couple of years ago I used to go to 15/20 away games a season. But the things I have heard and seen from some members who think they are doing it on political lines, has completely put me off.
  24. One positive thing the club has done very recently is helped fund 5 scholarships for Uni of Leicester students- only those who are from deprived areas of Leicester and Leicestershire. I doubt King Power have had anything to do with it but still nice to hear.
