They’re all shit.

Whelan was the only representative of any club at the time to vote against pay per view games.
-
The club was around for 126 years prior to King Power. This is King Power. The owner who died in a helicopter crash appointed Rudkin as director of football. Our current issues began the day Nigel Pearson left the club and we moved away from his upward management.

Fantastic post. Should be added that the previous owner appointed Rudkin to Director of Football.
-
No it’s King Power. Didn’t care for the previous owner and I don’t care for this one.
-
Will be quite exciting to watch who stays up out of Oxford and Portsmouth.
-
Reckon they’ll do a good discount for season ticket holders for the Football League Trophy next season.
-
The owner who died in the helicopter crash appointed Jon Rudkin as director of football. Nigel Pearson created the ethic and culture. The owner was clever enough to not get too involved. I think you give King Power in any iteration too much credit. They got lucky with us for a bit.

After International Break - Clueless as ever?

Good for him. It looks like he had a nice time. A change of scene is always good. -
Administration Prediction Date
westernpark replied to The Year Of The Fox's topic in Leicester City Forum
If we go down, it will be before the start of next season. -
Worcester is the loveliest city. Unfortunately due to in laws, I have to spend a lot of time near Ledbury. Worcester is the superior city, to Hereford and Gloucester.
-
Probably because he’s one of a number of players who if they were good enough, would be playing for England.

Add Buxton to the places that has a better pub scene than Leicester. Ridiculous.
-
I walk past it everyday to work. I was initially defensive of them taking on the place but I am now very worried. Maybe it’s because I am hating on the Rutland and Derby more and more.
-
Neither do I. But I just worry about the current division in our fanbase being even further fragmented. Until a couple of years ago I used to go to 15/20 away games a season. But the things I have heard and seen from some members who think they are doing it on political lines, has completely put me off.

One positive thing the club has done very recently is helped fund 5 scholarships for Uni of Leicester students- only those who are from deprived areas of Leicester and Leicestershire. I doubt King Power have had anything to do with it but still nice to hear.

Seeing a picture of a Nigel Farage style flag at Charlton away from our fans was one of the lowest moments in 25 years of supporting this club. Starmer is a genuine football fan and played football every week until recently. Neither of them should be brought up at the football.

They definitely do and I enjoy buying the odd can from the shop there. However, they are mostly underwhelming variations of the same IPA/NEIPA with really stupid American names. Occasionally they’ll have one on as guest at the globe or somewhere similar. I’d be all over them if I could buy a pint of ‘Western Park’ or take more inspiration from the Mill Hill style- Leicester themes.

100% agree. They do the same thing in the Marquis. The beer choice in most Everards pubs is always poor and sometimes kept badly, aka Rutland and Derby.
-
Yes a keeper on a free and a winger on loan. We don’t have 4 million to spend on one player was the point. Of course it should have been our priority.
-
We have no money so I am not surprised we didn’t try to sign Kone.

A pint of Broadside in the Clarendon. It’s a Deano pub.
-
The owner loves him. Should have been sacked by now.

Jordan Ayew - NEVER PLAYING FOR LEICESTER AGAIN!!!
westernpark replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
James was not bothered about the fans. He was going towards his box in the corner, where his family sit. It was the best thing Ayew did all game tackling him. -
Can’t have Ireland winning the six nations. Makes me feel ill.
