I’m sure Nawaaz has just rebranded as the Spice Hut. Id recommend Woolpack if you have a big group.

Personally think due to falling out between his ‘great friend’ Maresca and club, RVN didn’t want to come here in Summer despite being approached. But things have mellowed and literally the Maresca call was less a’how is it at Leicester’ but more ‘do you mind if I take the job?’. -
I want Kettering in the third round.

State of things when Vestegaard is our best defender(available fit) and he isn’t even starting! -
Probably Kings Head if you want the results and some decent beer.

Five miles this morning, great weather for running. Aiming for 10 tomorrow, as want to do a 20 miles run on Christmas morning as my target.

Had a couple in the Blue Boar earlier this week, reminded me of what a great pub it is. Always busy, great staff, good pricing and great selection. Real Ale Classroom, decent selection but so cold in this weather and my arse gets numb on the children’s seating. I get the aesthetic but the actual result ain’t great.

Players have Christmas party. They do some silly things whilst drunk, what’s the big deal?

Did 6.5 miles in exactly an hour this morning. Taking it easy and weather was reasonably kind. More motivation to run than walk 30 minutes to the football soon…

It shouldn’t have been in theory but clearly as others have said, it was. Got a half decent variety of drink places in the area, Chutney Ivy, the Curve and some large offices, it should have done well.

Same. I thought it was a good addition and certainly more affordable than the leisure sites within the city.

Sixes Cricket has closed down.

Yeah there was on Churchgate and then one in Dominoes toys for a bit.

The west has let Ukraine down for longer than this war. However, I personally believe our response to this part of the conflict has been fairly good. Nonetheless, I’d argue Obama appeased Putin and Russia, as did much of the world and us, up to probably 2022. To be fair to Biden he has always been consistent in his thoughts and actions towards Russia and Putin- see his vice presidency.

I did 4 miles this morning(set off at 6am) and whilst very cold it was very runnable around Western Park this morning.

Wife's 50th is next year... Sint Maarten, we love, or Curacao?

Cromer? -
Just have some jelly beans near the end, or if you’re near a Holland and Barrett they’ll sell some sort of running gel.

Many covenants have prevented pubs in those areas. Plus (historically) the built environment of those areas does not reflect the type of place that would have had pubs.

I have always believed it was a mistake moving the training ground outside of the city. But the decision to host u21s/u18s games away from a central location, is a frustrating symptom of this. My first games were family football, as I’m sure a lot of people’s were. Going to those games do make a difference to supporting your local team, especially when your family aren’t football fans. I’ve now had a season ticket for 20 years.

Herefordshire is very nice and somewhere I could end up living in the future.

That front three took us down. Stupid making comparisons. -
So Vardy probably will never score at Old Trafford.

Society needs to become healthier. Public health is such an important tool to help protect the NHS against preventable disease action. Of course certain job roles will hit the headlines, costing the NHS‘unnecessary money’ but those who have allowed private sector health to flourish need to be questioned. They drive the rate up for the talent within the system. There needs to be a cap on those moonlighting in both sectors.

When you don’t have much money, working hard and getting an education is a step to legitimising your voice. Trump never had to bother because he was born rich. I think of my relatives, all immigrants to America, one who was known as the grandfather of magnetic reconnection and fundamentally feel for them. It scares me the overall influence that trump could allow someone like RFK junior on the world. It frustrates me that people belittle a good education.
