The gap is so vast now. No team that gets promoted is strong enough to compete. PSR means you can't spend enough to compete. But no established club will vote against it. PSR is the safety net for established clubs. Busting our spending ment we had to sell so automatically weaker on return. Any club promoted will fall straight back down. PSR is a restraint on business practices and sooner or later a club will take it to the courts and win. Football is no longer competitive with these rules in place.
