Thought it was generally ok. Ayew did well generally, but he doesn't offer any goal threat at all as a number 9. Lots of sloppy passing in decent positions. Even at their best for 25years, they still can't beat us.

Against us? Everytime we had Danny Ward in goal.

We are back in 22/23 territory with Winks. I think (i could be wrong) he's a player who doesnt want to be here anymore, but instead of offering him out for a cut price this club's management will go to their graves asking for the exact money they want (which usually is over-inlfated, hence we we rarely sell anyone other than 'key' players). And you know what, if Winks doesn't want to be that's FINE, but we're the dumb s**ts who insists he stays around for another season. How many players are out of contract this summer? Similar number to 22/23 i assume and in the same position (Ambivilent to playing for Leicester City)??? If he wants to leave then fine. I don't care which player it is, with the position we are in on and off the pitch he/they can leave. I'm not bothered who it is if they want out. Is he a good player? Yes. Is he a great player? No. If he's not fully committed and wants to go? Then sell him.

Why would anyone be surprised? We were a genuine embarrassment last season and what have we done about it? Nothing, just carried on over the summer like there's nothing wrong and sign not one outfield player while either not wanting to move/ can't move on poor and unmotivated players. We're crap and it isn't changing anytime soon.

Difficult to get excited. Still have the same shower of s**t senior management and the same shower of s**t players. Manager might be decent but it will only paper over the cracks.
