True, but let's be honest it's been very inconsistent 16 months at our club, not the best time to arrive and try to hit the ground running. Also he was at Tottenham since the age of 6, sometimes settling in at a new club and city can take time. No excuse now though, it's been 16 months, time for him to prove his worth to us.

I was hoping for Wilder, but if I remember rightly people were not very keen on him on here. I think we beat them tonight though.

In my opinion he's job this season is to keep us up, i think he will do that and we will wait till then end of the season to sack him. Also plenty of dead wood off also at the end of the season, next season should be interesting.

Could be the bit of leadership we need at the moment, especially at the back. Wise move getting him in.
