I agree. However, it’s always less painful when you’re winning almost every game and the penalty you’re not given doesn’t make a difference. Or the opposition is barely in your box to force a decision (one that would unlikely alter the outcome of a game). On the other hand, the bigger teams get the calls from VAR in the Prem too.

I think EM’s game plan falls apart more often than not without Vestergaard. He controls the play in our half. His passes break the lines consistently and this is something that allows us to turn the 10-20 passes into an attack; something we struggled with last season. Whether he’ll be good enough next season is another question, but he’ll need replacing if not. Someone with his passing, along with pace and defensive ability will be hard to come by.

There’s a difference between designing broadband networks and programming to using a service on an App/website that’s designed to be used by Joe Public. Using SkyGo shouldn’t be beyond anyone with the patience to learn. I’m sure YouTube could walk you through it. I understand some aren’t particularly user friendly but many of the older generation are reluctant to learn and give up at the first obstacle. Your Son not showing you how to do something isn’t the fault of the platform you’re using. Anyway. Good 3pts and good results for us for those around us.

Business move. Doubt he’ll ever be anywhere near the plan for us. Good move for him and we probably think it’s an avenue to milk a Champ/L1 club for a million or so profit. If he does break into the squad properly, great.

I’m not saying it’s right, but I’m certain every second between the ball going out of play and a throw in being taken isn’t added on in ‘normal’ time. Games would last hours. A cynic would ask whether the ref would’ve added it if Luton had a freekick at the same point in the game. Trying to play devils advocate here, not disagree. We all know how much officials/FA favour the bigger clubs.

Good post! A lazy player who wasn’t interested could’ve gone down and just stopped the play for a point. The other players who are up for it were all over him as much as each other at full time. His attitude is fine for me, it’s just his demeanour. That’s not to say he’s playing any good or not, but it’s a bit of a thankless task for a striker in our setup which is worth bearing in mind.

With the amount of chances we gift our opponents, it’s a miracle we don’t concede more than one. I’m not moaning saying this, but I think teams have sussed us and we need to find alternative ways to play. We don’t have the sheer quality to play like this and expect to take 3pts (every game). It’s largely tidy but also ineffective. West Brom don’t look any good on this display, but there’ll be plenty wondering how we’re so far ahead.
