I think it needs mentioning the transformation of Hamza. He’s matured as a player. I wouldn’t say he’s all hustle and bustle anymore. He seems to be able to keep his head and not dive in needlessly. His football is also tidy. Doesn’t look uncomfortable on the ball as he once did. No doubt helped by the new style we’re playing giving him more passing options. Filling in at fullback seamlessly of late. Fair play to the lad (and Enzo). *cue an absolute howler

I can’t work out where the newest Warzone is, otherwise I’d download the pack and delete the main game. Having a mare! Bought this to keep me out of the pub between shifts, but I think it’s time for a pint!

Purchased a Series S yesterday and find the interface pretty confusing. Just wondered if anyone can point me in the right direction… Wanted to download Warzone, from memory, the most recent version is WZ2 (?). I can’t find it, and even when I try and download the original, I can’t without downloading the MW pack on Gamepass. Any ideas for a technophobe who shouldn’t be a technophobe? Cheers

Same here. The contract is the contract, to expect anything more from the player would be naive. Obviously as the OP (@Tom12345 ) suggests, it would be good if we could manage these situations better. However you can’t force external factors. Players, agents and other clubs have their own agendas and so be it. The only thing we can do is offer an improved deal (or better than is being offered elsewhere), which isn’t always financially sensible or even viable.

You’d think so, however if you check, and double check understanding, this incident could’ve been negated. They actually did the check quickly (mainly because it was clear), which is something most fans have been asking for. The extra few seconds wouldn’t have been a major issue.

Shocking how usually they take AGES on these decisions… all this one took was a clear 10 second conversation and this could’ve been avoided. Ref: Question ‘is it onside or offside?’ VAR: Onside, award a goal. Ref: Onside, award a goal, please confirm. VAR: Correct, onside, award a goal. The process is the issue as much as anything here.

Thanks mate, yeah I’m not overly fussed about having the best, but didn’t want to buy something that’s not fit for purpose or will be obsolete in the near future.

I’m looking to get an Xbox (or PS5) to pass time between shifts, as I end up with a lot of time to kill. As a non-gamer whatsoever, probably play FIFA and Warzone at most (and badly)… would a Xbox Series S be okay? Am I right in thinking that’s the same gen as X but digital only with less storage? Or would it be better to get a Series X or PS5. Cheers

Yeah of course. I just know that I’ve had flu that was horrible, I had Covid too which was just as bad in fairness. Not in a hurry to have either again.

To be fair, flu (proper flu, not a cold) is absolutely horrid.

In all fairness, I don’t think he’s too bad technically. He’s improved a lot from the Hamza who broke into the first team. Seems to have matured too. I’m not saying he’s the best don’t get me wrong.

I’m not sure Coady walks into this side. Who does he come in for? Jannik - Very good on the ball. Has been dominating in the air. Faes - Can’t see any argument to drop him for Coady. Faes is probably the better player, quicker too. Doyle - Not sure Coady could play on the left of a 3 in Enzo’s system. I think the obvious choice is Vestergaard, as he plays the central role, but it’d be a poor choice IMO. Granted there will be rotation, but if it’s purely to get Coady in the team, I think it’d be the wrong move. Thankfully, it look like Enzo knows what he’s doing.

He’ll end up playing for Pep at Man City. The overplaying is probably down to instruction and is bound to cause errors.

No doubt. I think that’s somewhat down to us playing a shape that focuses on possession and creating passing angles, meaning we’re not in a traditional shape when possession is conceded. It was more a mentality aspect I was meaning, which in isolation, I can’t knock it.
