  1. asks for unity then calls people who disagree with him "happy clapper's" and "weird". good job we didn't have you working on the good friday agreement!
  2. Here is a few recent entries in the Coady thread: Then all of a sudden it's "Oh My GoD, We ArE StReNgThEnInG a RiVaL"
  3. I've always really liked Dawson. I have seen several posters say we need a rob huth figure this window. Well a rob huth figure isn't going to be a glamorous signing. Even rob huth when he signed was 31 and had only played 3 minutes worth of first team football in well over a year for stoke. Without hindsight this place would be in uproar today if to save our season we signed Huth at 31 who was recovering from a knee injury that kept him out for over a year.
  4. I am not saying they shouldn't get booed and slated. I just find it funny that there is about 14 threads on the board abusing players and staff. Booing and taking the piss inside the ground. Then a handful of sensitive souls in here getting worked up because they haven't been "thanked" 🤣 you can't have your cake and eat it.
  5. As I said in my answer to @Dr The SinghI'm not saying don't slate them. Do what you like. But it's a bit rich to get sensitive about not being thanked by a load of blokes you just spend 90 minutes slating and taking the piss out of.
  6. If you spend the game singing "we're fuching shit" and booing and slating the players" fair play you've paid your money you've traveled down do what you like but you can't then claim to be angry and confused about not getting thanked for your support in my opinion.
  7. There is a massive lack of self awareness here! Fans simultaneously want to boo and slate the players ironically cheering when they get taken off or make a simple pass and spend the game singing things like "Were fuching shit" or "we never win at home and we never win away, got beat last week and we'll lose today" then are angry and confused when the players don't feel like walking over and thanking them for their "support". You couldn't make it up!
  8. Always been very impressed with him when I have seen him play which admittedly isn't loads but I've probably watched him more than the people who pushed tete or whoever the latest fashionable name from some shit league in Europe is.
  9. I would dispute how useful he would be. In the unlikely event he avoids any setbacks or new injuries He's gonna take fooking ages to get match sharp and even when he does he's nowhere near the same player since his first ACL he lost all his explosiveness that day. He could do a job in the championship in Enzo's weird semi central midfield position but not in the premier league as an out and out right back he doesn't drastically improve the team for the 1 or 2 months he would be available for in a best case scenario.
  10. In my opinion the protests would do well to leave the owners and their nationality out of it. There is general consensus amongst the fan base that Rudkin and wheelan need to go but I think the owners are much more polarizing plenty of fans still feel an affinity/loyalty to them and stuff like this will turn people of the cause.
  11. Translated: 3 people
  12. I know I've not read the room here but I can't be the only one who thought that was a good performance we absolutely battered them. Would have been a robbery of they got a point never mind all 3.
  13. What magical stats are these? Ruud points per game 0.57 Cooper points per game 0.83
  14. Did you read my post mate? I wasn't questioning you I was just saying that something seems to has clicked in the last 2 and half years of his career. Where his record is 39 goals in 86 games or 1 goal every 2.2 games (I wasn't far of when I guessed a goal ever 2 games)
  15. Something seems to have clicked not mathematical but looked at the last 2 and half seasons and his scoring rate is more like 1 in 2
  16. Bit of a simplistic way of looking at it. Football is a team game and plenty of good footballers play for bad sides. For instance we are in the bottom 5 for goals scored but that doesn't mean a bigger club will be put off from signing Bilal.
  17. I never expected to type this about bouba as he has been disappointing for years but I love watching him play, he is so composed on the ball even with 3 men snapping round him. Can be very direct and athletic in possession too Still only 25. Wouldn't be surprised to see a bigger club in for him next season especially one that plays out from the back trying to beat the press.
  18. We will never know but I wouldn't be so sure Cooper pushed to sign him. He only started 6 out 11 games for cooper. If he was a signing cooper pushed for you would expect him to have more opportunities to show his value to the club in the starting 11. But who knows we are both assuming and guessing without a source.
  19. This will very quickly turn into another rudkin bashing thread.
  20. Well done kasper!
  21. If Cooper had played Coady over Okoli, Macateer over Buno and ward over Stolarczyk. And got this results and performance the mood in foxestalk would be absolutely murderous.
  22. Yes especially at shitty venues like the O2 in Leicester where a thousand and half people have to exit through 1 tiny fire escape so your stood around for 30 mins and by the time you get out all the Ubers into town are gone. A better example would have been the cinema you don't see people leaving before the last couple of scenes.
