  1. Don't want it but Very generous of you to come on here and offer it up.top man.
  2. This is slightly off topic and I know this kind of information is not the most reliable but I was amazed to hear in the summer that Adam Peaty was worth only 2 million quid. He is (or was) the absolute best in the world in a prestigious and historic Olympic event and has kept himself at the top of his sport for nearly a decade. Meanwhile someone like Rachid Ghezzal who was by most accounts shite and would have barely been in the top 20,000 footballers in the world when he played is according to Google worth 16 million quid. That should tell you everything you need to know about entitled players.
  3. Missing Leicesters own Steve guppy
  4. Ruud Gullit?
  5. Was Smith much better than cooper? Br interesting to see the points per game. Especially when in my opinion Smith had a far superior squad with Madison, Barnes, Tilemans etc
  6. Funny that forest fans see themselves as some sort of great protector of Cooper's feelings because I thought their away were quite disrespectful to him last month they were singing "Going down, going down Leicester city, playing football the Cooper way" And "Stevie cooperrrrrrr he hates the derby, he hates the Leicester, forest are massive" I know the he hates Leicester one is what they used to sing when he was there but surely if they wanted to thank him they could have sung a song that didn't mention his current club then he could of acknowledged them.
  7. People are letting their personal feelings cloud their judgement here. Is this list about the best managers who achieved the most or people's favourites? For instance. - Pearson's first and very successful spell was prior to the kp era. In the kp era he missed out on promotion with the most expensively assembled squad in championship history, then won the championship then narrowly avoided relegation with a side with Mahrez, Vardy, drinkwater etc. that's it. Seems very difficult to rate him higher than managers who won the biggest prizes in domestic football for the first time in our history. - if your giving Pearson credit for him and walsh building the side that won the league then you have to give puel and Marcia credit for building the side that won the fa cup. So lists where Pearson is top and puel near the bottom seem a bit lacking in logic. - As much as you may hate Rogers he had two 5th place finishes and an 8th place finish and won an fa cup this gives him 3 of the clubs top 10 finishes of all time and our 2 biggest trophy that is hard to ignore if your going to argue that he had a very good squad and team well yes he did but rate Claude higher in that case because he built it with Marcia.
  8. Disagree with this I would say the fans in the stadium are more invested than the ones on foxestalk spending their matchday moaning in the live game thread. The fans in the ground have literally invested their money into tickets, travel, pre match refreshment etc etc and have done so for many years. so i think it's difficult to try and say they care less. I would say it boils down to attitude and conformation bias rather than investment if you are at the game then you desperately want the team to succeed and are surrounded by people who want the team to succeed where's people in the match day thread on foxestalk (not everyone by the way) would seem to want to be proven right about a certain manager above wanting to see them win and are surrounded by like minded people. I logged onto foxestalk in the car on the way home after the recent Southampton and was genuinely surprised to see the "Cooper out" thread hot anyone that goes away regularly knows how rare a 97th minute winner is and would have been totally caught up in the outpouring of primal emotion that followed it. It was utterly incredible and one of the reasons we go for the 1 in 100 chance you might see something like that. No one leaving the stadium singing the Jordan ayew ole ole song at the top of their lungs was thinking about sacking anyone yet on foxestalk people had their knives out straight away pursuing their personal agendas.
  9. Difficult to boo someone who isn't getting in the matchday squads!
  10. Obviously depends on our situation and an injury to one of our main CB's changes things but I hope not. He hasn't really had any kind of sustained period of first team football and next summer he will be walking in the doors of seagrave having just turned 21 with a full season of championship football under his belt and a player of the season award under his arm ready to really assert himself. A bit like KDH after Luton.
  11. Got a single ticket available, collection from LE2.
  12. @Mon.is.a.god kept receipts. Top work fella. If they were baying for Enzo's blood and Coopers after back to back wins you have to imagine that only pep coming in and completing an unbeaten season might satisfy their need to moan about everything for a few weeks.
  13. Saying you cooper out is like me saying I'm pro sleeping with Margot Robbie, it's an irrelevant statement because it's just not realistic at this time. And if you went pub with me and that's all I talked about you would probably think I was a boring weirdo. Luckily I don't talk about it all the time because I've come to terms with the fact it isn't happening and it's time for you guys to do the same with cooper. The club in the king power era have never been particularly trigger happy i mean what's the earliest into a tenure that we have sacked a manager? I especially remember Pearson and Rodgers getting more time to turn it around than a lot of other clubs would have given them. But this is also irrelevant because in the eyes of the people that matter (the ones who appointed him) sacking him isn't even a tiny consideration he is performing well in the only metrics that really matter points and league position. So all your doing with your constant moaning is upsetting yourselves.
  14. Just the small matter that The football we played under Enzo was against a much weaker level of opponent. Today's manager had that Southampton purring last season, this season not so much wonder what's changed!
  15. Real shame that chance that hit the inside of the post didn't go in you get the feeling it would have done him the world of good. You can't really justify starting him at the moment.
  16. We have just won back to back premier League games in the most spectacular fashion if you can't put your personal agendas aside and just enjoy if for a bit i genuinely wonder what your doing following a football team.
  17. Hahahaha imagine being that entrenched in your views you feel the need to jump on foxestalk and start slagging the manager and arguing with your fellow fans after a 3-2 98th minute winner from 2 nil down. I'm off to lidl to buy a 12 pack to demolish up the fuching city.
  18. Almost Two years to the day that we sacked Rodgers we had just beaten Southampton to reach the fa cup final and sat 4th in the league. So you will forgive us for not foaming at the mouth! Most managers get sacked sooner or later in modern football so if you decide a manager is useless and needs sacking you will be proved right eventually.
  19. We actually could be better off too - vardys one on one v spurs, late offside penalty drama v villa, complete robbery of an offside at palace 94th minute deflected goal at arsenal. If he should get the sack for the possibility of us being worse of than we actually are could we make an argument for a new contract based on the possibility of it being better than reality Tounge firmly in cheek of course but the logic is hilarious.
  20. Not sure I agree most of his best work came in the arsenal game which we got nil points from anyway, I can't remember him making a save yesterday that you wouldn't expect another premier league keeper to make, same with palace, i was away for Everton and spurs was a too long ago to remember.
  21. It's one win and 3 draws. Which is 1 win and 2 draws more than 2 of our relegation rivals have managed. I know for certain fans he is worse than Hitler and sending us down with less points than derby in 08 but the facts just don't support this. The fact is we are 15th and either 5 points or 3 points clear of the sides in the relegation zone.
