While I want to see Diabate play, isn't there a rule that if a player wasn't registered for the original tie he can't play in the replay?

Having watched them today, I honestly think we may have half a chance of catching Arsenal and taking 6th. They're a shambles, and if we can find a bit more consistency, we can make up those 8 points.

I agree with you re: different rates of development. Don't think a loan will help personally - for me the ideal scenario is a new LB in the summer with Fuchs moving on. Like I've said, I'm not his biggest fan, but I'm not going to give up on Chilly. He's got the tools, he just needs to use them.

For the record, I'm actually not really a fan of Chilwell but let's be fair, it was a harsh red and he had one of his best games for us defensively before his dismissal. He's, what, 20? He'll continue to improve and will develop into a very good player - he won't do that by not playing. Still think we could do better, but he is the best we've got so let's support him.

I absolutely love Kingy, but I think his time here should be coming to an end soon. Choudhury is capable of doing equally as good a job as Kingy can now, and as such needs to be bought through. However, anybody saying he's done nothing for us since we've come up to the prem are kidding themselves. If he doesn't score that goal at home to West Ham, we probably go down - no champions league, no title win. Yes, you can say that about any goal that season, but I'm just making the point that he has played his part. It is time for him to move on, but the criticism he receives is disrespectful and unfair in my view.

Harsh on Drago, otherwise pretty much agreed which is a shame. Love Kingy, but I just don't see what he offers anymore.

James was ok, pleased to have him back but I thought he was pretty average today. A very good 4th choice CM though. Amartey looked good defensively, but still very awkward on the ball - needs to have more composure. Dragovic for some reason really doesn't convince me, didn't particularly do anything wrong today but always feel he's about to make a costly error. The rest of them did very well today - Ndidi, Slim, Marc and Riyad in particular.
