  1. Oh don't worry mate, it is Thailand x LCFC
  2. Phwoar
  3. OK but this isn't per annum, which throws it. I think this might essentially boil down to a PSR/revenue table, bar a couple of outliers.
  4. Identity is who you are. Culture is how you go about doing it. Tactics are the specifics on the pitch. So under Ranieri you might say that Leicester's identity was 'plucky underdogs who are not afraid of anyone, play to their strengths, are ready to catch anyone napping and will never quit'. The culture was one of senior players being encouraged and permitted to share their ideas, of unwaveringly focusing on the next primary objective, celebrating success when they hit milestones and a deep belief that winning was possible. The tactics were to cede possession and keep the defence tight in a compact 4-4-2 with two experienced classic CBs running the show and a world-class, dogged heavy-pressing defensive midfielder then breaking quickly and using Mahrez and the weapon Vardy to punish teams on the counter, clocking up the most sprints in the league. Edited to add, can anyone tell me what Steve Cooper wants our identity, culture and tactics to be yet? It's early but we could have had a good go at answering these questions after 11 matches under Maresca...
  5. Identity is something that elite organisations in any industry absolutely value, it's really important
  6. They are going to go through our nonexistent press and midfield like a needle lancing a boil. Maresca will be seeing this as an opportunity for a blooding, for justification and to back up his words that came via his little mate Guilleme. Add our frankly shocking and disarrayed defence to that and they'll be shooting fish in a barrel. I am genuinely interested to see the stats after this one.
  7. Hadn't seen this video yet. That looks to be a US Dollar note of some denomination. Which given that he was in the Eurozone (assuming the provenance of the video is correct) and lives in England would suggest that perhaps this bellend has a special 'coke note' that he keeps in his wallet
  8. This was so frustrating to watch. The deep interplay between Vestergaard and the back line, drawing the press, only to then hoof it out to the wing for Fats or Mav to miscontrol it or lose it - whilst missing out our two best passers of the ball in Winks and Riccy. Such a pointless, low percentage tactic. Screaming at the TV.
  9. Jordan Ayew = A DRAW ENJOY
  10. Mads Hermansen yields MASHED ARSE
  11. I think it's very sweet that so many Town fans appear to be soaking up the atmosphere of other Premier League fan forums while they can, really making the most of your time
  12. Can you ask your mate to choose me 6 random numbers between 1 and 49?
  13. Mate you've blasted from league 1 to the prem. Enjoy the money and use it wisely, enjoy the season while it lasts and don't get too down.
  14. If he looks like he wants to be there and plays like that, great. We paid a fair wedge for him. Thing is, 95% of the time he's been wank.
  15. This is it, I should be pleased I suppose but we keep serving up piles of steamy shite and somehow scraping through acceptably. I'm just not proud to watch us at all under Cooper.
  16. Delap was booked after the foul on Winks, no?
  17. I'm thinking Speedy O'Strike Or Skills Goalerson
  18. Got to jizz into my lucky halibut
  19. Anything that would inspire confidence. Some managers let you into the tactical side of things a bit, show that they are aware of certain areas and working on them. Some managers give insight into their methods and motivations, what their vision for the side is and the identity they're trying to create. Some managers will inspire loyalty and faith with bizarrely threatening ostrich comments and barely-controlled malice. Just give me something, man
  20. I've only just got round to listening to the WYS podcasts after the united game and ahead of tomorrow. Cooper's interviews and press conferences - he doesn't ****ing say anything does he? The post-defeat interviews from this week, it's just drivel and bollocks. 'Taking responsibility' and 'Obviously we would have liked to win' 'Scoring goals is desirable and conceding goals is not a good thing generally' 'Like all teams we want to get points and we try to do that' 'Football is a game and it's important for football people to want to do well at it' Just banal shit
  21. That's the most Robbie Savage thing I've ever heard
