Whats the deal with this dude in this pic? I see these pics everywhere online.

Mild social anxiety. Was at my girlfriend's mate's 30th last night in a busy enough bar, was about 40 odd people out for her birthday. I only knew the birthday girl and her other half and everyone else seemed to know each other so as usual I subconsciously drunk really fast to get over any nerves. Chatted to a few people there and happy enough to do so although had a lot of small talk conversations that I couldnt be bothered having. Then towards the end of the night for no reason I just got a real sense of paranoia and a desperation to leave. Its not the first time its happened either. Bit annoying and frustrating particularly as I'm generally a pretty laid back guy and all the paranoia is gone this morning. More annoying is that I dont want the other half to have to worry about how I am when we are both in that social situations like that.

Defintely this. Once it goes past 2/3 posts each person I cannot be arsed anymore cos I dont I'll get after reply I'll have to respond to and so on zzzzz

I agree, good film but the first hour could have been condensed into about 20 mins alone. Watched Bridge of Spies, decent film but again quite slow moving.

You're both right, its all a respect thing really. I like to see Northern Irish players doing well for their clubs but if Northern Ireland had someone as good as Mahrez who played for, say, West Ham, I'd never be as disresepctful as to joining their club page and posting shite about joining a big team like Arsenal or Real. Its about as bad as 16 year olds posting 'Messi still win man of match' about a match not involving Barcelona or Argentina in a pathetic attempt to be funny.

Some brilliant advice on here already and hope you guys stay strong. I'm fortunate enough not to be in that position, more down to luck than anything else. The missus suffers from depression/anxiety and has panic attacks quite regularly. This might sounds stupid but she tries to explain to me how her thought process works and it's scary. Only new advice I would give would be to try mediating every day. It might not solve all problems but you wont lose anything from trying. Can range from 5 mins to 30, or longer.
