Depends on what you regard as your ideal area to live. In my view, Clapham is still one of the best places to live in London for someone in their late 20s with little in the way of commitments. Northern Line remain horrific though.

Tough break my friend, from experience they are on par with estate agents. They are so full of excrement. All that want to do is get you into any job regardless of whether you are overqualified for it and the pay is below your market rate.
