Conor Chaplin (signed, official)

More importantly we need players with the right attitude, which Chaplin and Ings seem to have had in the past. Not sure if that is still true now. -

Stolarcyk Thomas Nelson (if he stays) Aluko or Joseph Braybrooke Page Evans (possibly) So 6 or 7 academy players could start depending on recruitment out of 11. So close to 60-70%, but as you say, all of them with some experience. -

In 20 years that will be typical League 1 money, so will be appropriate. π -
This is the point, we saw more competitiveness and fight from Souttar in those 2 games than we did from the rest of the defence for the rest of the season.

Ex Players - They used to play for us
Merchant_Banker replied to davieG's topic in Leicester City Forum
I was worried that Sheffield Wednesday would be a serious threat this season with new owners coming in, but if Wanya is the level of player they are targeting then this is less of a concern. -
Page played quite a few games in the Championship, so it is reasonable to expect more minutes in League One. Aluko should have played more and could suit Martinβs inverted full back role. Evans scored goals in League One during a short loan, Braybrooke and JK did well in League Two, Alves seems to have been liked by Huddersfield fans and Cartwright played in 34 games in the Scottish Premiership. I think itβs reasonable to expect all of them to play some part in the coming season. I do agree that we need players to come in with the right experience or potential, but more importantly with the right attitude. So far the rumours seem quite encouraging.

Am I fantasising or is this actually good news. An experienced assistant and a real fitness coach! π€

Don't need to replace them, Cartwright for Skipp, Braybrooke for Winks. π
-
... And isn't that a horrible thought !

I was thinking he could come in as assistant. He might learn a lot about what not to do. π -

When I started reading that sentence I thought you were going to suggest that Daka should try out for them, but he is not quite at that level.π

Isnβt he still our player until 30th June.π

Burton? π -
What we desperately need though is 1, or even 2 proven strikers.

Pompey it is then.π
