The problem is that buying players that immediately slot into a top 5-8 side is expensive. Our business plan appears to be buying those players who might have the potential to become first teamers. Some times it takes time sometimes it doesn't happen. God knows where Vestergard and Bertrand fit in that model though.

What formation would you play with 2 up top? If you play 3atb then Barnes doesn't play. If you play 4atb then either Maddison or Ndidi miss out, or you play Maddison wide right.

KDH is the Robbie Savage compared to Tielemans' Muzzy Izzet.

Who cares. I suspect Premier League and FA cup winner means more to him than top 10 PL scorers. As others have said he would be overtaken by others, but will always have the memories.

Albrighton may stay as cover for RW or if we go 3 atb) Vardy Ihenacho Daka (We need a striker who can play on his own up top. Vardy is suffering with more injuries and Ihenacho/Daka cannot play on their own) I have listed 16 players to keep, 3 possibles and 5 to sell, so we need at least 6 players, assuming a 25 man squad, possibly 9. I know this won't happen, but we can dream can't we? Just seen the post above and totally forgot abut Bertrand and Vestergard, so two more to add to the sell (or shoot) list.
