Someone is back on his burner account
-
Ipswich are going to have a whole new 11 by the end of the transfer window
-
I was impressed with Buonanotte against Spurs but we still really need to pull something out of the bag for creativity in our team
-
I think we can definitely get him Although Sporting are linked, I don't see why they need him when they already have Gyokeres and I cant see them selling him in this window, so I can't see him choosing their bench over starting for us
-
Sign him up.

Just scored a brilliant solo goal against Lens - will try and find a clip What the tweet says is pretty much true, came deep to pick up the ball, went past about 5 players and placed it in 54' 2-1 What did the man do! Fotis scored a la Ronaldo "phenomenon"! He took the ball 20 meters outside the opponent's area, he passed whoever he found in front of him and against Masado he placed it perfectly!

Did that involve actually buying the private jet?
-
KDH starting for Chelsea
-
Starting as captain tonight for Panathinaikos against RC Lens
-
We have plenty of experience throughout the whole squad already though Our starting 11 against Spurs had 993 premier league appearances between them all That is without including other players in the squad like Ricardo and Coady who have another 345 Prem appearances between them Then we have just signed Skipp who has another 77 games to add on to that as well Do we really need anymore older experienced players?
-
Tanner and Percy both saying £5m + £3m add ons - which would still be us overpaying in my opinion https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/5700254/2024/08/22/jordan-ayew-leicester-transfer/
-
Likely the £6m + add ons that Nixon mentioned then (who seems to have actually been quite ITK with this deal) BUT it is still bad business at that value
-
-
I fail to believe we wouldn't be able to find a good young player for £15-20m (so no difference in terms of PSR) who can offer the same pressing / defensive forward qualities as Ayew If this is entirely down to the premier league experience requirement... ffs
-
Over £40m on Skipp, Okoli, and potentially Ayew Disgusting
-
Hopefully he improves with the setting people up bit because he has so far averaged 1 assist every 11 games in the Prem
-
That is what we should do Be signed by Monday with us paying a horrendous loan fee and inflated obligation to buy
-
Oh god its going to be £10m by the time it is announced isn't it?

Keeping Vardy fit? “It’s important to keep every player fit. Jamie doesn’t need any special words from me about his capability. In terms of keeping him available and keeping him fresh, it’s going to be important. He’s an older player and he understands his body well. We have to work with him to do what’s right by him. In my experience of him, he really enjoys games and what it takes to get ready for a game. He understands I work and what’s required. We’re getting to know all the players to know what they require to be ready. It will be different because of the pre-season he’s had. He’s a game player. We need to keep him ready.” No choice but to start Vardy? “It’s just about working together. There’s so much work that goes in now to the daily operation of a player, from the tactical side and the physical side, from the data that’s recorded every day. But you have to listen to Jamie’s opinions as well. With an older player, you can talk about age and capabilities, but we’re really positive about his capabilities and I don’t mean the obvious around his goal-scoring, but about how fit he looks, how sharp he looks.”
-
Sven? “On behalf of the current squad and staff, we send our best wishes and love to him. We hope he’s fighting as hard as he can. I’ve never met him but I spent time at the FA and I heard some really nice stories about how he was with people. You don’t get to the level he did without being a top coach.”
-
Skipp ready to start? “He’s definitely available. We’re looking to add more players too. When you bring players in, you want them to be pushing for places. The challenge will be embraced by the guys for starting positions. Everybody who’s fit will be under consideration.” What Skipp brings? “He’s got quite a lot of games under his belt. Now we have a nice variety of midfield options. The Premier League demands a lot of you, sometimes more than one thing in one game. Skippy brings a calming influence and that can support our game. The balance in midfield allows us to pick the right players for the right gameplan.”
