Maybe but Hull, Mike and Patel don’t fill you with confidence. Need Holland and Green to be really on it, with the others at least keeping it tight. -

Is this a good score or not, do we think? -

With Hull and Mike both playing, Essex will be scoring at T20 pace when they bat. -

The club is definitely moving in the right direction on the field so happy to stick with Thomas and Taylor. Off it, however, we need to do more to become financially sustainable, including building the supporter base. Given the size of the city, crowds are still very low. The location of the ground doesn't help but, assuming a relocation is not possible, we need to look at investing in the facilities at the ground as a way of attracting more people. For example, it would be great to see some new, higher quality stands including reducing the size of the outfield on the Milligan Road side. -
By the way, I was really impressed by Motherwell. Doubt we have any chance of tempting their manager to League One but would love to see us playing brave, high energy, attacking football like that next season.

Disgusting decision.

To be anywhere near competitive at this level, we need to sort out numbers 3 and 4 in the batting line up and get a good quality strike bowler. -
Imagine finding out that we were also spying on opponents last season!

Really poor stuff this morning. Had a chance to hold out for a draw after the rain yesterday but then collapse like a pack of a cards. Bear in mind that Sussex are even missing several first team players. Glamorgan are looking much more competitive, even giving Somerset a good game. -

And now we've gifted them another wicket with a ridiculous run out. Comprehensively beaten again. Could even be done by lunch. -

In the last 3 seasons, 2 wins have been enough for teams to finish 3rd from bottom. In the year before that 1 win was enough! But that requires picking up enough bonus points and holding out for draws in lots of games. -

I don't see how we are going to take 20 wickets cheaply enough to win games at this level. I admire that we have some fight and grit but that won't be enough, I fear. -

Ajaz Patel has been a really poor signing so far. Need your overseas bowlers to make a real difference. -

As expected, this is shaping up to be a very long, hard season in the CC. -

Another middle order collapse after a promising start. 4 down for last 60 runs. -

Shame we've gifted them 2 wickets but they've beaten the bat a lot so the score is probably a fair reflection of play. Don't have massive confidence in the two at the crease now to build on the platform provided by the openers. -
That's without doubt the highlight of this season from a Leicester perspective.

That video of him celebrating the winning goal against Villa in 'that' season was legendary!

According to AI (so probably b*llocks), L1 clubs have autonomy over the number of seats they sell to season ticket holders. The only mandatory requirement seems to be that we give away fans up to 10% of the capacity for every game. Can't see many L1 clubs taking up an allocation of 3.2k, however, so I guess some of these tickets will become available to home fans if demand is there. That said, we'll be a 'big day out' venue for most L1 clubs, especially for weekend games.

We need him to have a great World Cup to push up his price.

For people saying F*rest aren't lucky, who else would get to a Europa League final and have f*cking Braga as opponents with a chance to get in the CL? Like getting Malmo in the European Cup final back in the day. -

A lead of 150 might have given us a chance with the amount of turn on offer. -
Would be a great signing. So it won't happen with the morons currently in charge.

Very odd game, this. Losing 6 wickets for 60 in the first innings was bad enough but losing 6 for 32 this afternoon after totally battering them to reach 99-0 at about a run a ball is really poor. I know they're a good team but it feels disappointing to lose comfortably, as I'm sure we will. After all, they even lost one of their key bowlers to injury. Some big lessons to learn moving forward eg not putting teams into bat when the conditions are perfect for batting, for a start! Disappointing to see that Glamorgan are set for a victory. Need to make sure we stay in touch with the other teams likely to be at the bottom.
