I appreciate the package aspect A stadium is obviously essential (although cov proved that for a season or two, it’s not) a training ground is quite different - if I (as a non emotional businessman) bought the club out of administration I’d think long and hard about moving back to belvoir drive and selling seagrave for whatever I could get for it or redeveloping it as a hotel/training centre. Whilst I couldn’t argue much about the stadium having 30m value, seagrave is quite different. what should be the pride of the club has become a lead weight from a financial perspective.

Seagrave is worth 100m as a premier league football club training ground outside the premier league it’s worth less than half of that because of its huge running costs it all depends who is valuing it and their perspective - value is often set against what something can be sold for. In seagrave’s case that would probably be max 50m.

If we were to go into admin then there is the risk that someone buys us with the intention of hoping we get promoted and then can be flipped. no money to invest - just vibes. at least with the owners trying to get such a high price, we should avoid any buyers that would look to do that. If king power are in a corner and have to sell at whatever they can get then that risk increases.
