Seagrave is only worth that amount to a premier league football club I reckon if you were selling it tomorrow you’d struggle to get 40m for it as the only buyer would be for a hotel and they’d have to spend plenty on it The ground is worth 35/40m I can see why they’ve asked for 200m+. I just don’t think that businessmen will be queuing up. But we may well have a few interested who want us because of our recent history and will pay for the name. Just hope that we end up with someone who actually has the money to get us back not like the Portsmouth and forest (pre the fat Greek) experiences

Anyone willing to pay 150/200m will have their accountant/lawyer telling them that they’re heavily overpaying. But many of those who buy football clubs do it for emotional reasons rather than hard business ones. Tbh, if someone out there has the dosh to take us back to where we want to be then they’ll need v deep pockets and being willing to overpay probably means they’re suitable in that respect. those that don’t have the dosh to take us back to the promised land wouldn’t pay the 150/200 in the first place.
