Crux of the problem with many players we need to sell. we give wage deals that are too high and then can’t sell below cost cos we also have to cover the wage difference it’s dreadful management all round

It’s always in one direction (we can’t lose money) because we never manage to make enough to cover the losses. grim as per usual it’s like they can’t sell for tless than the amortised value - we’ve had players walk out for nothing because of this approach. They just don’t get it
