Those accused will likely be acquitted of any serious charges. what they need to be concerned about is if elbit decide to sue them in civil courts for damages. to clarify who owns us ? king power or the family? I was under the impression that it’s still king power afaik, king power is no longer ‘controlled’ by the family with decisions made by an appointed financial person. They wouldn’t just chuck £100m into Lcfc to prop us up. Of course there is an argument that investment into the club would be protecting the value of king powers shareholding. But I think we may have dropped too far now to justify that. if it’s a combination of KP and the family, then why would the family pump funds in if KP are also beneficiaries of that. Unless KP allowed for the families shareholding to increase as a consequence.
