Should say that both Ricky and JJ do actually have a left foot (they trust) able to take the ball which trippier doesn’t seem to. Ricky also is happy to cross with his left on the run. JJ less happy to do that. A two footed full back is clearly the best option which is why prime Ricky was so good. If cooper can continue to get into VK’s head about him being good enough and to try to cut out his lapses on concentration then we’re not so desperate for a left back in the market although having three full backs may not be enough to cover the whole season.

If he’s tactically/ mentally able then maybe although we’d probably need to wait for him to turn 16.

I’m sure that there were a few scouts there last night wanting to see how monga got on against senior pros. They would have been reassured. I think that fifa should become involved and perhaps look at banning transfers of U18 players where the holding academy don’t want to lose the player.

The reason it sank quickly was probably down to windows and doors on board being open - hot med summer night. Co incidences are precisely that. It’s why the word exists. If things like this didn’t happen then the word wouldn’t be in our vocabulary. the yacht sinking is not what should be looked at here - it’s the death of the fella in Cambridgeshire which was clearly not due to an act of god. Whilst that may have some dark connections, the sinking of the yacht does not.

It’s not impossible - I still think his reported wage is wide of the mark. When he resigned he was still recovering from his injuries and I can’t accept we would have given him more than 75k. (Unless there was a prior agreement pre injury which the club felt they had to stick to)

It wasn’t if it was a boxing match then we’d not have made half time fortunately spurs were trying to score pretty goals and failed to create big chances when we got our moment after an hour we took it and then we saw how strange football can be for the next ten/fifteen minutes. They pretty much folded. The injury stoppage reset things back to where they had been.
