Chat about Forest moving ground to Toton seems to be gaining a bit of traction. Would be an absolutely horrific decision.

I get that, my point was more about how the timing completely discounts the end of the season (I.e. I'd wager that Summerville would be far less likely to win it now, compared to when Leeds were on a 15-game unbeaten run). Opposite ends of the table but when the pressure was on, Szmodics did the business and Summerville wilted. It's just daft that the most important part of the season isn't taken into consideration.
-
Just highlights how farcical it is to have the vote over a month before the end of the season- a lot can change in the run in, it's the most crucial part of the season and the players who step up when the pressure is on deserve more recognition, if anything. Summerville getting player of the season, after a fairly anonymous run in and a Leeds implosion, seems questionable at best in hindsight.

West Brom. Another midlands away day and (likely) worse team than us.

Oh go on then. -
Maybe another reason why Abdul was so set on the move...
-
Good. Should get more there early for the Vardy tifo.

Just the bit at the bottom of the original screenshots about it being 'not FBS'. Clinging on to hope anyway!

They're all going to look a bit better with King Power on them. Honestly think the white one will be a gem. Hopefully the 'bin fire' third kit isn't a sign of things to come this season.
-
Kinda?
-
Home kit very boring. Away kit will be beautiful if it's not FBS. Third... less said about that, the better.
-
Said it plenty of times, that was the game where I started believing we would win it as well, not Man City away. Absolutely gutting and it felt like Watford, with an international break to stew on it if memory serves- just knew with that group that they would use it to get a positive reaction. As for this beef with Leeds... I'm all for it. Don't dish it out if you can't take it back. If anything, it will be adding even more pressure on them in the play-offs too

They ballsed it up massively- could have been a classic but it looks dreadful. I got the orange one instead.

What Have You Enjoyed Most About This Season?

Probably echoing others, but: No VAR. Exciting, game-changing wingers. Fully-fit Ricky P. New/old grounds to visit. No 'big 6' bollocks. Singing section gaining traction. No VAR. Having a manager who just gets it (even if the football was a bit infuriating at times). Vestergaard winning us over. KDH taking on and relishing the responsibility of being our main man. Renewing acquaintances with the mutants down the M69. No VAR. Leeds falling apart, again. Fingers crossed some silverware to show for it by tomorrow night. It's been great since the opening day, despite our major wobble. -
That win felt massive at the time. And so it proved to be. Ultimately we haven't stumbled over the line- we won ugly vs WBA and stepped up against Southampton. Considering the pressure we put ourselves under, you've got to say that they handled it admirably in the end. Don't think you can understate the influence Coady had on that and the 'honest conversation' between the players that he spoke of.

Hull to win tonight please- still in with a decent shout by the time they play Ipswich, if so- Cov will seem a lot further away from catching Norwich if they win on Saturday.

Preston Away - Monday 29th April - Pre Match

Basically a week off to get everyone rested. Fully fit first 11. Confidence back up and a chance to seal promotion. Get on the front foot and put them to the sword. -
You'd think QPR still need a point to be safe- they will still be scrapping on Friday I'm sure. Their away record is better than their home record, but they will probably adopt away tactics against Leeds. Wouldn't bet against them getting something.
-
A lot more stayed to the end than usual for a midweek game- east, west and south stands still pretty much full at the final whistle. It's not a coincidence.
-
Wasn't even on the shortlist for championship young player of the season...
-
Make sure they're 7 or 8 down, then pray for an hour's play tomorrow afternoon!
-
6 wickets in a session... going to be a tall order.
-
This is going to be an incredibly frustrating one isn't it. Forecast for tomorrow looks awful.
-
This will be Southampton's 8th game in 26 days- they should be more knackered than us.
