I'd love to know where this perception of Hamza being a walking red card comes from. Just checked and did the maths- he's averaged a red every 43 full 90-minute matches across his career.

Vardy has got one last massive, iconic moment in him. Hopefully tonight.

Anyone else just not stressing about this game at all, regardless of result?

Middlesbrough (H) 1-2 - Post-Match Thread

"One of those days" about sums it up. -
Why? It's just a nod to harder times, in my opinion.

We will concede goals like that this season. Inevitable. Isn't the first time, won't be the last. Shame it happened to Winks but thankfully didn't affect the result- bloke's got more than enough credit in the bank for anyone to get wound up about it.

Don't think I can remember Ipswich scoring without a deflection involved.

Leicester 1-1 Ipswich Post Match Thread

aye, in isolation that's an issue. In my opinion that's a product of us inviting them on, giving them nothing to worry about and letting them have the ball for half an hour. We were dead on our feet by the end. -

It's not the defence that's the issue. -

That's wound me up way more than Cov. All over them first half, why the **** are we sitting off in the second? -
His injury record is no worse than Ricardo's and Enzo has managed him well- Championship is far less intense, particularly in our system. A few months here, being rotated, might be just what he needs to get his career back on track. Good move for all parties as far as I'm concerned.

Good job they have gone on general sale, judging by how many we've shifted so far.
-
It was pretty good in patches towards the back. Front looked dead. Standard procedure.
-
And they're absolutely welcome to it. Hideous location for a football ground. Only saving grace is that you don't actually have to go into Coventry.

I'm not having the 'bottled it' talk. 10 men away from home, against a team in form with the crowd up for it and a ref who had folded under pressure... thought we held out pretty well to be honest, it certainly wasn't like the last 2 Forest debacles (and that showed from the amount who clapped them off at the end). Shite result and sometimes it ain't your day, but it wasn't through a lack of effort or determination to win. Dust down, onto next Monday.

That's on Abdul, unfortunately. Just get to half time and don't give the useless twat with the whistle an excuse to flap it. Can't fault the effort second half though, they didn't fold, scrapped for it and weren't far off getting something. Not a lot you can do with 10 men sometimes.

Came on here to say similar. Long time since we've played there... think some will be surprised at how hostile it's going to be. Always edgy.

Wouldn't get your hopes up. Usually a poor end at Cov.

Win this and I might start believing we're after Reading's record. Will be a tough game and I'd probably take a draw.

Only negative was that we were a bit sloppy- to be expected considering we played the reserves.
