I don't think Vardy is a better player than Kane to be honest... though his story and trophy cabinet mean that he's got a better legacy. Rooney was a monster in his prime and won it all, Manchester United's all-time record goalscorer, etc. He went into decline early but comparisons with him are daft.

Match Ratings: Leicester City 1-2 Chelsea - Vote Now
Ted Maul replied to Mark's topic in Leicester City Forum
Genuinely all he did- 5 is average, surely? 6 slightly above, 4 slightly below? -
Surely gone if we've not beaten Brentford or West Ham.
-
Get him gone. Dreadful. Summed up on comms after 10 minutes- looked like we were playing with 10 men at the end of a match. No idea what his tactics are supposed to be, but it ain't ****ing good enough.
-
Not a lip reader by any means but that looked like "****ing shit" from Vardy towards Cooper there
-

Dig in and hope there's still only 1 goal in it around the 80th minute then. Lovely.

Yep. Haven't managed to shift mine in the section on the resale platform, unheard of for a league game against these surely -
Manchester United 3 - 0 Leicester City - Post Match Thread

We're so poorly coached. Unorganised at the back, slow to close the ball down, disjointed press, isolated attackers. On top of that it's really ****ing boring to watch. -
Could you see us pressing for a second goal if we went 1-0 up at Spurs like Ipswich did?
-
I don't know about that. Everything just seems to come from us affording them too much time on the ball- surely a coaching issue.
-
Ndidi doing his best Soumare impression tracking back for that.
-
Why bother people with a new thread when you could just spend £40 on Ubers and look for yourself?
-
I actually think we will. We've got points on the boad and the squad is just about good enough (even if they don't look like they have a clue what they're supposed to be doing 90% of the time).
-
Really, really poor. Red card bailed us out (again). I've seen enough to know we're not going anywhere under Cooper. Late and undeserved equaliser against these is satisfying after last season though. Reaction of their fans behind the goal

Yeah that must have been why he waited until the 91st minute. -

That's the way I see them. Firmly in the same category as us and the 15 or so other middling clubs who have had brief and unsustainaned periods of success. -

I'm a lot more relaxed now we've beaten Southampton and Bournemouth. A point now isn't a bad result, in the context of the league. -

Sounds about right. I struggle to think of anything similar from an English club in an official capacity... Liverpool's ridiculous 'this means more' tagine the only thing which springs to mind. -
Points on the board. We've had some luck but he's bought himself a bit of time to iron out the issues (though if we don't win one of the next 2 then the pressure will be on again).

And their desperation for this to be the case is palpable. 'World-famous City Ground' and all that. Unbelievable what they achieved under Cloughie but it was down to a generational manager rather than club size. Similar to Ipswich's successes. -

The last 2 results mean that there's less pressure on this points-wise, hopefully play with a bit more freedom and attacking intent. Crowd will make a difference. Beat these and we're in a great position- a point at Ipswich would do. -
Fairly certain this guy doesn't even say 'side'. YOURRR LESTUURR CITAAY
