Maybe that explains it - being born and raised of parents from elsewhere perhaps led to me having a slightly different way of being, and also why I sometimes struggle to feel like I'm 'proper' Leicester. That and being possessed of a non - Leicester accent. I often envy those of you who really have that sense of belonging, so there's absolutely no judgement here - quite the opposite in fact.

The problem is.... your threshold of tolerance will differ from mine, and the next man's.... I just think it is wiser to speak only for yourself. I find all this winning pretty exciting, personally. And to be a bit naughty (just to make my point) I think WE all know that we have some absolute morons amongst our fanbase, with the attention span of a very tetchy goldfish that's been starved of cocaine. For clarity, I'm not aiming this at you or the vast majority on here.

And WE should only speak for ourselves, not co-opt everyone else into our opinion.

No, it isn't @jayfox26, or @Matt, or @The Year Of The Fox that anyone has a real issue with - all make perfectly valid points in essence, none of them is remotely moronic. Temporary lights in Baslow (Chatsworth, for those not familiar). You wait patiently for your green light and hope as many get through as is legally viable. But a charity driver at the green light sees a lorry wanting to turn left into the oncoming road, so rather than just carry on and wait for the lights to go red so the lorry can pull out easily, they decide to let them out now, meaning that whilst saving this one lorry a few seconds, they massively piss off the long queue of cars behind them wanting to get through the lights. I was lucky, I still got through but it will have considerably lengthened others' days and also the queue back to the roundabout.

I have any number of family members that could easily be persuaded to turn up with me at relatively (sorry) short notice because of a more imaginative attitude to General Sale. Oh and 28k for Birmingham at home in the FA Cup is a really good attendance, however it has come about.
