We have a history of signing decent CBs late in their career. I'm thinking of Sinclair, Huth, Taggert, Morgan. Even Coady, though that didn't work out great. So hopefully iLaselles is another. I just hope he doesn't get poisoned by the bad Eggs in the squad.

There's no point in bringing in a new Manager if we don't have decent money to spend. Any Manager with ambition is not going to accept the job. Why would you be saddled with the rubbish we have now.

What's the urgency. We have King for the forseeable who we know will at least have the Club at Heart. This would give us the time to get the appointment right this time.

Finally, It looks like we're signing a promising young Striker. A big stong young Man with Pace. I just hope he Trains alone so as Ayew and Daka don't bring him down to there level.

The biggest problem is what's in front of him. We had Kasper who never came for crosses maily because he had the likes of Morgan, Elliott and Huth in front of him. What we have is a bunch of weak players who dont want to challange for the Ball from set pieces. The only one who will use his strength is Okoli and Vesty will go for a header if it comes his way. But they cant be everywhere. This along with poor Coaching is why we loose out on set pieces. either end of the pitch. We need to sign bigger stronger players in the Summer who can also play a bit.

I totally agree, It's hard to see anyone saving us with the squad we have now. If he were to come back I think he could get the players onside and devise some semblence of a system. But without Goals we're always going to struggle unless a miracle happens tonight and we sign some decent Loans.

Never say never in Football. Offer him enough and I'd say he'd come back. Wouldn't it be wort it to avoid Relegation.

You're right, but we just don't have the players which is why we need a huge rebuild. Defenders need to be 6ft or bigger with an aggressive attitude to winning the Ball. Misfielders need Strength, Pace and Power to win the midfield battles and support the forwards. And we need a Focal point up top, Somone who can win the challenges, hold the ball up and bring others into the game. The personnality of the players also need to be taken into account. As we've found out from some of the current squad. On the plus side, We're effectively starting all over again now. So we just need the right DOF to get the Ball rolling.

It was the power run that convinced me that he could play in midfield and carry out runs like that regularly, Causing panic in opposition teams. The Coaches have to be convincing the Wingers that it's a team game when in possession. In their defence though, they are left stranded with no support at times because of the lack of Pace within the Team.

I feared the worst when I saw the lineup and so it proved. The start of the game was another horror show, no different to Marti. Then the sending off was harsh and didn't help. Second half something changed because we started with real purpose but when we missed the Penalty you knew it was never going to be our day. I I were King I'd bring in Taggert or Elliott to work with the CBs and help them imporve. Nelson was caught Ball watching for the second Goal. The only positive was the young players especially Aluko who showed what a great player he can be for us. Personally I'd like to see him gtoomed into a midfield role a bit like NDiddi winning back the ball for us. Except Aluko would be better in possession.

It wasn't just Thomas, Nelson just needed to step up and he would have been offside. I think that's what Tomas was waiting for but he should have got into a better position.

I'd prefer to see him in a midfield role. He's strong, Quick and confident. With a good touch.

Whats the point in hanging the ball up for Ayew. a waste of time.
