This lad seems the quality we need to be signing. We should be able to beat off Southamton to signing him.

I dont think he's nearly as mobile as Kane, If he was I'd feel a lot happier about him. I'm all for giving him a go but we go with him then we're in trouble if he does'nt deliver. To have any chance this season we really need a 20 + goal Striker along with Vardy and possibly Daka and let Cannon gain more experience on a loan where he'll likely play every game.

The little I've seen of Cannon is he's a Box player or Poacher in a similar mould as Greaves, Cottee, or Clark. Two of which played for us. Cannon has a lot to live up to, I suspect he'll be loaned out this season as I don't think he's quite ready for the Premiership yet.

I don't think Daka would even score there.

Yes, our fitness levels looked fine, A little more understanding between the players and less careless passes and we could have won that game. We are too reliant on Winks in midfield to create, He's going to be targetted in the Premiership unless we get a quality ball caring midfielder in along side of him. At the back I'd go with Coady Vesty and the new lad with Ricardo and JJ. As we are going to be doing a lot of defending this season. Goals are going to be our problem unless we get a quality Striker and midfielder in. Still time to sign a few players but they have to be quality and ready to go.

I'd add Fatawua and NDiddi to that, They both tried to be positive tonight.

We definitely need a focal point up top, Daka doesn't offer enough which is why players wont pass to him.

The Club should definitely buy it regardless of what they use it for. Though it does seem a perfect fit for moving the Womens setup to there. Giving us a much bigger overall site which makes the whole site more valuable into the future.

We can't go into the Premier league with Ward as our number two. If Mads gets injured we'll be in deep shit. Iversen has proven to be decent in the league and certainly better than Ward, Unless we get a decent Fee we need to keep him until January at least.

I haven't seen him play thought he sounds like the type of player we should be signing , young with big club experience and a lot of upside. The fact he can cover several positions is an added bonus and Cooper knows him.

He sounds exactly the kind of player we should be targetting once the price is right. Someone we should get our money back on easily but with a lot of upside also.

I assume we're buying potential a bit like Fofana. I just wonder though if he can't nail down a place at Juventus and none of the big boys are after him is he worth 30 million. He was coming on nicely until his injury. I'd keep him another year unless we get a really good offer for him as he could save us 30 million down the road in a season or two.

Ward has to be up there as as worst ever given what we paid for him. At least many of the others got a lot of game time.

He seems to have a lot of the qualities we so badly need, Especially with KDH gone. He looks a quality signing if we can pull it off.

He doesn't look up to Prem level unless Cooper can improve him.
