Motivation has been so bad since Christmas. The weather truly hadn't helped. Had signed up for the Leicester 10k on 1st March but dont even know whether to bother. Feel like id only bumble round in a half-arsed time and feel like its not worth bothering with if you know you're not going to better your previous times. Is that silly or do other people feel like that?

I think tactically poor managers (and in King's case inexperienced managers) make this mistake constantly - basically making subs because they think they should at certain points in the game. All footballers at this level should be fit enough to do 90 minutes twice a week. Thats a fact. The other common mistake is always making negative substitutions and sitting back. I wouldn't do it at 5-0, we've had a long line of managers who do it at 1-0. Its just poor, poor, poor.
