Was delighted last weekend with a new 5K parkrun PB of 23:24, my first sub-24 run. Had a freakishly good run this morning that I dont think, at 38, slightly overweight and type 1 diabetic that ill ever beat. New Parkrun PB of 22:05!

Booked to go and see 'Sorry, Baby' at the Phoenix. Good reviews and the director seems to be on her way to stardom. Looking forward to it.

10k this morning - felt much better than recent weeks, think the cooler morning helped a fair bit.

Agree with you and @Bilo, players should be professional enough to get on with it... but we have seen Hamza celebrate with Palestine Flags, so he is clearly vocal about it and in some respects willing to take punishment to continue to be that way. Outwardly it looks like it could be awkward, maybe internally not so much, but I just think as a club if you know one of your captains is a strong and vocal supporter of Gaza it might not be the wisest choice to go after someone who is a vocal Israeli supporter, especially at a time where we are trying hard to get the players building team spirit again.

Just not going to be the right fit I'm afraid if Hamza is staying. Recipe for disaster. Just leave it alone.
