Finally hit a sub-22 Parkrun with a PB of 21:54! Delighted.

A few issues I'm seeing unfortunately.

BDR has been on the pitch 5 minutes and has shown why he should never be allowed on it again. Awful performance all round, so slow at doing anything. Predictable and dull.

And has zero quality with all of them.

Imagine giving the number 9 shirt to that. 50 career goals in 20 years. World class.

He ran 3:20 summat in Tokyo in Spring and had basically given up all work to focus on Marathon running. Fair play.

Building up to the Leicester Half, so usual longish run today, 15.5km with 5:19 splits, if I can keep that up for an extra 6K or so then that's a shade under 1h 45 for the Half - which id be utterly buzzing with. Imagine it won't turn out like that on the day! Gorgeous, gorgeous running weather this morning too, finally!

I know everyone wants to use Monga as an impact sub but if this is the alternative then I'm really not sure.

Yep, both not good enough. Mav can have the odd blinder but I'm just not sure what Ayew brings at all with this style of play.

When Mavididi is honking 9 times out of 10 I'd just put faith in Monga and start him.
