He was pretty poor in the promotion season which is strange because the general consensus around here is that he'd rip it up in the second tier. There was a time about four years ago when he had the purple patch of all purple patches, scoring every week for fun and was the reason we got within a sniff of the Champions League as Vardy couldn't hit a barn door at the time. He is technically good and a clinical finisher. At his best, he can definitely do a job in the Premier League and should be great in the Championship.
