  1. Made a rare trip up town in the week yesterday and it was unbelievably grim The weather didn't help and obviously it's the first week back to 'normal,' but it just had this really depressing atmosphere. Shame
  2. You can be annoyed at the way our club is being run and still express how revolting the thought of them winning the league would be If we did it, of course it's possible they can even if it's unlikely.
  3. No wonder we have stadium full of zombies when we've got so many fans who supposedly aren't arsed about Forest possibly winning the league
  4. Both smart but it doesn't feel right with Puma instead of Nike.
  5. I was looking forward to the Nomads/Shepshed game but I think it's off tomorrow
  6. Maybe I'd had too many beers, but I'm not sure why he's getting so much criticism. He's streaky as you'd expect from a winger and I really feel he's the least of our problems.
  7. I'm surprised to see positive comments about our end. I thought it was absolutely abysmal, including their end. People just don't seem interested at all. I'm going Everton but that's me done after that, I'm not paying to go away games and feel out of place trying to sing songs.
  8. I've got a very busy and expensive year planned! My surprise stag trip somewhere in Europe end of March Honeymoon tour of Italy, including San Marino and Vatican City in May A family wedding in Switzerland and doing a trip to Liechtenstein whilst there in August Las Vegas with mates in September If funds allow, I'd love to tick off another European country towards the end of the year. Maybe Iceland or Montenegro, or somewhere good for a footy game.
  9. Doesn't the 'rugby town' thing just stem from the town being almost smack in the middle of Tigers and Saints? It's strange because as big as Tigers are, it's hard to even feel like Leicester is a rugby town (city) in many ways.
  10. That has genuinely blown my mind I know it's one extreme to the other, but Ronaldo is the same age.
  11. It didn't look very good when I was searching through them, so was thinking of getting that one out the way first
  12. It's great seeing Rangers finally get the better of them! Just a shame it's not likely to change much.
  13. I'm looking to work my way through the rest of the Leicestershire Park runs this year. I've only done Braunstone, Ibstock and Abbey park so far. All decent in their own way. Going to do the Coventry half at the end of April too, which should be a PB seeing as I'll want out asap.
  14. Leicester has a larger population than New Orleans, Cleveland, Orlando and Pittsburgh (not combined) I always assumed all fairly well known cities in the US would dwarf our more known cities, let alone Leicester.
  15. No idea why I'm feeling we'll sneak a revolting and thoroughly undeserved 2-1 away win.
  16. I started it last night for the first time, thought it was brilliant! I've not been so hooked on a show so quickly for a long time.
  17. Hopefully. Villa drew 2-2 in the end
  18. Man Utd only 7 points off Ipswich with Liverpool away next..
  19. That Ipswich result is great for Forest too
  20. We're down to 19th as it stands
  21. Yeah I like this I haven't done it for years, but there has to be a ton of butter on top else it's a dry as you'd imagine it to be.
  22. Have you thought about picking up interest in a new sport that you know nothing or little about? Just having something to focus on that you can learn about without having the same lows following City can bring because it's too ingrained. It'd be even better if you could join say a similar online community to FT for whatever club/team it is, as it might give you a good feeling of a fresh start, fresh community. You could find yourself watching said club/team live one day, which would be a great focus and exciting adventure. Just an idea
  23. That's the one. A huge scrap there wouldn't surprise me I'm surprised it lasted as long as it has, so was surprised to when I first heard it was getting a refurb rather than closing for good. It's lost some of the old character it had, but it's definitely better for it overall.
  24. It only takes about half hour to walk tbf and saves us sitting in traffic
  25. It definitely looked forward. Even before using the lines for guidance! No idea why it wasn't checked. One other thing I found strange was when Youngs kicked the ball out on 80, when they could have tried going for the win. Maybe I was being greedy and/or don't quite understand the game enough!
