Ooh, I didn't know that, so £140k ish? Ouch!
-
We'd have to give Gloucs one hell of a pasting if we lose Sunday. Like bowl them out and knock the runs off in 6 overs. Edit: no we wouldn't and I'm a tw4t.
-
Just over £70k per week then. Gerrimminn.

I didn't know they had QR codes, I thought they were chipped.

I've tried this on Android and it doesn't allow screenshots. I suppose you could photograph the screen from the other phone.

He wasn't as bad as Ward was in the Championship either.

Concerns about the direction of the club

My favourite time too for a number of reasons. Get up on a Saturday and go to an away game on impulse and pay on the gate. Standing meant a much better atmosphere, especially at home. Board provided money and manager chose signings so much clearer accountability. Players were much more accessible, went out to clubs in the city after games and always happy to chat. As far as bringing the fans and club together there has been no-one better than Little. -

I've always thought this makes commercial sense, I imagine there's loads of people who never buy a shirt with its life span being so short. There seems to be far fewer shirt wearers at games than there were 30 years ago when it was 3 year cycles. -

On the off chance that you're not taking the piss, it's Radio Leicester although you'd have as much idea what's going on if you closed your eyes and imagined the game. -

If you criticise people for whatever they do, they'll do whatever they like. -
It's a marketplace, they'll just go to clubs that offer a better deal. This sort of thread always focuses on the flops but what if we hadn't offered top deals to Vardy, Mahrez, Maguire, Fofana etc.

Part of the deal Rudkin negotiated when we signed Gordon Banks.

I wondered this. Is KP pitch being relaid?

Ok, we'll leave out the historic ones and you're right it's the only example in the last decade or, put another way, Chelsea, Man City and Liverpool haven't been relegated. -

Thanks, I'm aware of what underperformance means. You were responding to me regarding it being "the most embarrassing relegation in history". I doubt any neutral would, when asked, pick our relegation as being that. It was very disappointing, a rapid fall from grace but it was not anything approaching that description. -

Erm we did it... that was the start of the sub thread. You have to take a historical look at things when it takes seven years to fit the criteria of the question. But if you're absolutely determined to run the club down, it was the worst moment in sporting history and we will be ridiculed around the world for eternity because of it. -

It was a massive under performance and fall from grace but nowhere near the "most embarrassing relegation in the league's history" . Seriously does anyone think Derby fans saw us get relegated and thought "blimey, I'm glad that monkey's off our back"? -

Since the war: Villa 6 seasons after winning the league and 5 after winning the European Cup. Derby 5 seasons Ipswich 2 seasons Liverpool 7 seasons Wolves 6 seasons Man Utd 7 seasons There's been another 4 within a decade and another 9 within 15 years. I dare say they'll be some in other big leagues, Bordeaux, Montpellier, Monaco, Borrusia Munchengladbach, Coruna and Napoli spring to mind but I can't remember the details.
