How many does he need? Wiki has contradictions. Leicester all time goal scorers says 180 for league, but Jamie Vardy individual says 181. 500 appearances would also be good. Five needed for 500? A real shame this season has damaged his goals per game stats.

Trouble is it could always be debated as to whether he's done an awful job or not. In other jobs, there's more direct accountability. Here, he's sending guys out to a job for him. I'm not sure anyone would get a Premier League quality tune out of this current group. I still think he needs to go.

I'm concerned he sees the two penalties differently to everyone else. The first was clear cut, and Thomas's more debatable. RVN sees it the other way round, or even the first definitely not being one 🤷‍♂️. One thing in isolation, but again it questions his general reading of the game, notwithstanding his many years playing.

Agree. Not just these pens. So many decisions where we'll pass to a person who's being well marked, or a soft wayward pass on the edge of the box, or a silly foul in a dangerous position, or an unnecessary yellow card. So many 💩

All players want to play at the top level, especially when you've missed out. I really hope he stays, but I don't think it's a given. If a Palace or Everton came in for him, why not? It's not as though he's a Leicester lad. No real elegance. I'm hopeful that with the injury, he's under the radar, but Directors Of Football, (well most) are cleverer than that. The place stinks at the moment. Why stay? Fingers crossed he does.

Two approaches to today's game; Defend for our lives. Get a point away at Chelsea which would be creditable. We'd better Southampton and Ipswich, and keep pace with Wolves. One problem.....we can't defend. So, the second approach; we treat today as though it's the last game of the season and we have to win to stay up. Play two in attack and throw caution to the wind. Got to really fight though. The message sent to Wolves would be huge; we've won at Chelsea, and we're only one win away. Got to be this hasn't it? 👊

I really wish we'd sing it more, and not just at the start. The singing section are always disappointed that the clappers don't join in......well sing "When you're smiling " Look at Leeds with "Marching On Together." It's their go to, home and away and it works. They just take a small section of it. That's all we'd need to do. It's a great series that Colin Murray and Pat Nevin have done. Stumbled upon it with the Bristol Rovers one, "Goodnight Eileen." and then the Hibs. one with "Sunshine On Leith." I wish there was a way of being able to keep the City one. I think he's been spot on with a few things; need to play 2 up front with Vardy isolated. Need to attack the ball more as centre-halves as Elliott et al would have done. Need to forget goal difference and just go for it. All correct assessments.

We could play all night with this formation and not score. Now we're 1 behind, we've got to play two up front.
