I think that's what goose2010 is saying. We're over exceeding to where we perhaps ought to be after last season. I don't necessarily go along with this bench envy the other twenty-three teams should have either. I'm not sure too many of our bench would be automatic elsewhere. Lower half maybe, but not top half clubs. I find the style frustrating at times but it has to be more positives than negatives for the season as a whole so far. We could easily have done a West Brom. or Norwich after last season, and just settled into the Championship for a few seasons before mounting a comeback. For me, we are ahead of schedule.

Nine defeats at this level. Burnley lost three times all season when they got promoted. I still want us to go up but; no Vardy or Dewsbury-Hall potentially. It will be carnage.

When defending, we don't win as many as we should, and when attacking, we don't win any. Is that set piece guy still with us who was brought in last season?

I get that it's the modern approach and it makes sure you keep possession. What I think can happen, not just Mads, but all the back four is avoid the hesitation. They seem to always wait a few seconds then make the pass they were always going to make. Just needs to quicken up and be slicker, then it mirrors passing on the rest of the pitch. It seems intentional at times to draw an attacker and I don't really get that.

Wanted to mention Vesty's key contribution to the winner with the surging run forward. Well played that man.

Yea they've realised we'd become the same as the Scottish Premier and other leagues, where only a few dominant clubs rule. Let's face it, the current rules even prevent Newcastle and all their money from joining the big boys party.

Agree re. his defending. A few have said how well he did today. I was wanting him to come off. AWOL at the back a few times. Going forward, some of his crosses into the box were hit and hope. One occasion Mavididi not wanting to give him the ball. I think he feared the attack would break down. He doesn’t look like pending Manchester City quality.

I'd have still gone Vardy, and probably Kel before Daka. Needs a leader as well, who'll provide instruction; crying out for Coady. Nice that Ricky is back though
