Second time (different bloke) behind me shouted "You need to fvckin press your phone against the machine not hold it away from it!" So probably user error both times on my part but I'm over 50 and a Can't Understand New Technology type of chap so that's my excuse

My lad is also 14 and I bought him and me a membership for Christmas (£32 + £16) His membership is linked to my account and we both have separate membership numbers and e-mail addresses. I got us both tickets in SK1 for the Rotherham and Huddersfield games which were e-mailed straight to our phones and was pretty straight forward. I begrudge paying for the membership half way through the season to then again in May, but at least we're on the list now and accruing points. It's a four hour round trip for us to home games and it's an expensive day out (SK1 tickets were £39 for me + £19 for him + £1.50 booking fee) but he enjoyed both games at the back of the singing section.

Basically admitted everyone was knackered and needed a break and said the coaching staff were sick of the sight of the players and visa versa Sounded like he's given everyone two days off to be with family and then go again from Thursday.

Every time I tried to join in with a chant today I ended up gagging on the smell of stale beer and rancid farts from those around me. We must have some of the stinkiest fans in England.

Not specifically resolutions, but what do you hope to achieve in 2024? What are your goals? Could be anything - financial, health, career, whatever... For me, it's to finally move to a bigger house after being in the same place now for over 20 years. (and to maintain a single figure golf handicap )

I haven't got the time or energy to go back and forth trying to find out tbh. And my guess is I'd get no reply or just some BS corporate answer anyway. I very much doubt they'll change their policy. I'm not going to lose any sleep over it but I am curious as to how they justify a 'commission' for on-line ticket sales. And as Una says, the quoted price isn't really the price so it's more a moral issue than anything.
