As a Glamorgan supporter, it was a good evening for us and enjoyed the cricket at last under clear skies. Can understand the Foxes disappointment especially after a cracking start with 44-1 after 4 overs. All went pear shaped after that. Was pleased to see some hard core LCC Foxes followers there with couple of LCFC flags. Sorry guys.

Disagree. He hadn't really been given any proper game time in his proper position till yesterday. People were too quick to criticise the guy on the back of a handful of appearances.

Really interesting must read. Echoes much (most?), at least with regard to the way we are set up and play, of what many posters on here think are the problems. I am at a real loss as to why Claudio, albeit injuries excepted, can't seem to see it and adjust.

This won't be news to anyone I suspect, but for me Dan's biggest problem is he is playing with fear or restraint. So the short safe pass. Or the pass back or sideways. Watching clips of his Copenhagen games he often charged forward with the ball or played an offensive ball and impressed with it. And to me that is endemic in much of the team at the moment. Gone are the Fearless Foxes and we have the timid shrews. Claudio's task is to get us to play without fear as we did last year and the Great Escape.

He was much improved this evening and deserves most plaudits he will get for the game, but he still ball watches too much rather read the game with awareness of opponents' movements. He is young and hopefully with growing confidence, that will get better.
