We got promoted together two seasons ago. One season ago we were relegated together but we finished higher and beat them comfortably at the end of the season. One year on and we are two leagues apart and likely in for a hiding tonight 😂 What a shambles.

Not many players in a Leicester shirt who have hung around as long as he has that I have disliked more. Yes but it’s not just Man City we are losing players too. You get good young players playing minutes in the PL they are more likely to hang around for a couple of years - the same way Chilwell did when he had better offers. There is literally not one argument for them to stay here right now. Lose your PL status and other parts of the club will fall apart.

If we have a PL team on the pitch this is less of an issue. Promising talent is less likely to leave if they can see PL football here to develop. We are so far off it right now then it’s a no brainer for them.

If we are mid table in the PL then Page and Monga develop for a few years here. Why would you bother when we are a league one club? Easy decision for them. Our drop impacts all areas of the club.
