Pretty sure I’ve retracted my comments once understanding they were told they’re getting paid earlier. If they were communicated being paid on the 19th and then changed last minute then this is terrible by the club.

This changes everything then and I take back what I said. If it’s been communicated then absolutely agree it’s a bad move.

Yeh and it’s end of the month? That’s their contract. They’ve never been told they’re getting paid early this month? I am not sure why people would start changing direct debits etc… for one month based on an assumption they would get paid early for this month only.

Their pay date is end of the month. Contractually. There is no breach. There hasn’t been a communication to Employees that they would be paid early this month.

Ultimately the club never communicated they would get paid early. That’s my understanding anyway. People made an assumption based on previous years.

You have to be ready for the next time we are in the PL. Fulham continued with theirs despite being relegated. We will average 30K near enough this season despite being crap. Any top end championship season for us and it’s full. In the PL we need more seats. That’s what we should have a stadium for.

It amazes me people don’t want it to happen. Other clubs are moving forward off the pitch. We are not. You can’t wait until we get promoted to kick something off. We had 10 seasons in the PL and were more established than we ever have been. Still no movement. Next time we get promoted, whenever that maybe, we will be miles off it commercially with the teams we need to compete with. Even Bristol City are building. Laughable.

Agreed. You also don’t wait until you’re in the PL before building it. These things take years to plan and construct. You aim to be there for when it’s finished.

Another club we are falling behind. The stadium upgrade was so important. Everyone is at it apart from us. You don’t wait for success again before doing it. Frustrating
