  1. Is this a safe space for a confession?
  2. He’s complacent and error ridden! Horrendous judgement to look for a cheap free-kick when he realised he had run into trouble. Don’t rate the guy at all, you’d love to play against him wouldnt you, gives you chances for sure! Like tonight, on Friday we need a solid backline, well organised, get Coady in! It looks a tight pitch down at Plymouth, and I’m frit to death at the thought of this t!t trying to take players on down there!! Enzo needs to show some character and leadership now …
  3. Why is our line so high on set pieces … we’re sitting ducks! I get we don’t want them to crowd the danger area, but we need to be 5 yards deeper for sure.
  4. Would be useful!
  5. I think we will 👍🏻
  6. It’s no good Top putting his hand in his pocket to bail us out of £100m here and there if we continue to be non-compliant with the rules and get point deductions! He needs to sort the business/finance side of the club out because it’s shambolic! We had the perfect model, of buying promising youngsters, developing, selling a key player each summer for big bucks …. Then we stopped doing it! Haven’t a clue if it was an intentional strategic change or whether the changes in personnel have resulted in significantly worse outcomes! All of which has happened under Top’s tenure.
  7. Agreed mate, but it’s concerning that our Owner appears to be inept himself, we’ll need more than Buddhist monks to improve our position if our Owner is incapable himself!!
  8. If he was, and I have concerns that he probably was as I cant fathom that he hasn’t sanctioned decisions through some form of internal governance process, then we have much bigger problems than sacking Rudkin and Whelan, because our Owner is incompetent himself!!!
  9. Indeed, but my concern remains …
  10. He wouldn’t be sacked, the vote for Top leaving is a change in ownership, I.e goodbye KP.
  11. Have the results of the internal investigation regards our failings last season being shared yet? Just conscious we don’t want multiple internal investigations going on at the same time which all point to our ownership/leadership being inept!! Get rid of the lot of em, Top’s out his depth and has FAILED in his role, and his ‘lead team’ have failed him in presumably administering the business side, such as remaining compliant with rules and regulation. They’re all incompetent in multiple ways.
  12. Completely agree, unfortunately!
  13. And/or hold his hands up and walk away. The club has been run horrendously for the past 3 years imparticular, and he is accountable for that.
  14. I worry about it the other way round …. I.e our idiots in charge haven’t included relegation clauses in the player’s contracts because it was incomprehensible it would ever happen!!! It’s more likely that way round than sneaking it into players contracts in my opinion.
  15. That decision still lies with Top! Rudkin and/or Whelan may well become the scapegoat (although I still doubt even this will make our inactive Chairman make any moves), but fundamentally TOP is responsible.
  16. Has our current Thai owner got a clue? Because he’s hiding it very well based on the news that’s just come out!!!!!!!
  17. Do we factually know that these were even in place?? With the sheer incompetence at the top of our ownership, and the fact we were at the top end of the table, I genuinely believe they weren’t!!
  18. And we can’t remotely complain!! What an absolute disgrace!
  19. If Hamza Choudhury starts another game this season, then Enzo should be instantly dismissed. He’s an absolute liability and his positioning has been horrific all season. That’s on Enzo if he persists with putting us in that position. Hoping we can do the remainder of the games with Ricky, JJ or Doyle. How many goals have we conceded where Hamza simply doesn’t close the ball and/or hasn’t got a clue where his man is … Cov’s equaliser (?) from just inside box Leeds’ equaliser from edge of box Chelsea’s 1st, may not have been able to do anything about it, but considering he’s playing RB, he literally had no clue Cucerella was behind him and ran inside to the nearest man Bristol C - doesn’t close the man down at all and he scores from edge of the box. There is a catalogue of other ones too, and not to mention his general lack of awareness which haven’t directly contributed to a goal conceded. He’s an absolute liability.
  20. Dejavu … and the DoF should pay the price for that. Exactly the same as last season, where we SHOULD have learnt a very harsh lesson that if half a squad of players aren’t sure where they’re playing next season, they WILL take their eye ‘off the ball’. For what it’s worth, I don’t believe it’s intentionally not giving a shit, but the REALITY is, some of them will be in discussions with other clubs about next season and their agents looking for their next move … that scenario = performance levels drop!!!! That’s logical and a completely avoidable position, it’s boardroom suicide tbh!
  21. That’s spot on, although technically maybe more finding traces of drugs without the motherload, enough trace evidence to suggest it’s in the house but can’t search anymore cos been told the warrant wasn’t valid.
  22. Completely agree mate, it’s a closed shop for the Big Boys as the less wealthy clubs have to feed off scraps, all it does is keep and grow a gap between the mega rich and the rest. Look at Newcastle, even with unlimited funds they are confined by what they can do … all it does is test club’s creativity with what margins they can gain through loopholes and promotes unethical behaviours to try and bridge gaps!
  23. The 2 simply go hand in hand these days, whether that’s good or bad is subjective but it’s undeniable. Just like Everton, if we have breached FFP then we deserve to be punished, and people need to be held to account within the Club for not keeping us compliant with the rules …. Sounds familiar doesn’t it? Will there actually be any accountability if we are found guilty? The fact we’ve potentially breached FFP, and still got relegated is a double kick between the legs and all the more embarrassing. Let’s hope it’s not true and/or can be resolved in the summer!
  24. 100% agree. Nelson is certainly a talent, and may be considered slightly better on the ball, but it’s ’back to basics’ for me. Let’s defend well, experience plays a part in that and win games. Nelson tried to play offside for QPR’s first goal, and we got caught out (we can argue whether it was or wasn’t offside, but ultimately he made a risky decision because it was certainly tight enough and we got punished). We just need to be sensible and solid and we will win enough games. Be very interesting to see what Enzo does at Hull with Vesty coming back!
  25. Well, that’ll do! Wasn’t pretty but what a huge 3pts!! 💪🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🦊💙
