Yeah I agree, he works hard but he hasn’t got anywhere near the quality we need. He took a great ball down from a long diagonal, got in behind the full back going full pelt and you’re thinking he needs to drive in and get a shot in, he literally did nothing … he isn’t quick, he hasn’t got any skill whatsoever, hasn’t got particularly good delivery, he’s very limited. I would have got Albrighton on much earlier personally.

Agree with this to an extent. McAteer for me lacks some quality though, he works hard, and he has to because as a winger he doesn’t have the individual ability or threat of a Mavididi or Fatawu. When we get promoted we will need better in our squad, that’s for sure.

My tomato sauces tell me that they might be looking to loan him out to their sister club, Horse Manure Bucharesti!

I do find it odd that we’ve been so public with this one when we can’t even get it over the line yet. We’re sitting ducks if someone (Saudi?) want to come in and offer him silly money and hijack the deal. It’s very ‘un Leicester’ like how we’ve handled this potential transfer.

I’m assuming this poll is excluding the standard ‘glory supporters’, know and see a few Man Utd ‘fans’ out LE10 ends, otherwise I would say it’s largely Leicester for Midlands based support, obligatory Cov and Villa too, but in my relatively limited experience since being out here it’s mainly Leicester or Man U! 🙈

Was disappointed with him when he came down here, thought he was poor where as Patrick Roberts was a real threat all game with his dribbling and pace. He has potential for sure, but as others have said, not sure he’s significantly better than what we have already.

This has got all the makings of a cracking game. It’s gonna be their cup final, most of us think they’re a bunch of plebs. We’ve got a few injuries which will close the gap in quality. These lot are genuinely a bunch of ******! Some of them also adopted a London based rugby team for a period of time, and talked like they had been life long supporters of that club. They literally have nothing good going for them. Looking forward to beating the inbreds, giving them a fine amount banter (abuse) and leaving the concrete jungle that is Cov and hopefully not returning for a good while.

Both Vardy & Nacho have been pants for a few games before their recent injury/illness so Daka is certainly our number 1 choice in my opinion. That said, I would still rotate Daka for the Rotherham home game, so that he can start at Portman Road 48hrs later.
