I don’t buy almost all of that

Our local homelessness/poverty charity relies on local companies in Northampton sending in legions of staff. Someone needs to tell them businesses paying tax don’t have social obligations. Personally, I’d think the long history of sexual abuse and rigging of fees that has occurred within the sector ought to warrant a tad more concern from parents than having to pay VAT - but then they are a lot who prefer ignorance over truth and a decent opportunity to whine at socialism in my experience.
