Skybet are offering a free £5 bet when you place any bet (minimum 5p I think) on the Spurs v Man City match

Football really needs to get a handle on this somehow. The damage to the game caused by scenes like this is potentially huge and ruins the game day experience for 95%+ of the fan base. Shocking.

Completely agree @Sol thewall Bamba I noticed today that matchday ticket prices seem to have increased this season by 5%. Quite expensive now to go to games on a match by match basis. -

I logged on to buy a ticket at 8 am and the G1 and G2 sections were greyed out. Does anyone know why this might be? My dad has a ST in G2 so I normally purchase a ticket in that section but looks like that's no longer an option for some reason. -
I get the impression that a combination of over 1,000 members becoming season ticket holders and no doubt some not renewing their membership during Covid means there are plenty of new memberships to sell before it becomes a problem. As said already above they have reserved the right to introduce a cap which you’d hope they would if there was a run on memberships all of a sudden.

I want England to win it of course I do and I’m really looking forward to the final tonight. BUT… I don’t feel restless with nerves. I don’t find myself hoping and praying that this be the day we finally lift the trophy. I’m fairly confident that I’ll celebrate an England goal emphatically, but it won’t be a Tielemans reaction. If England lose I’ll be disappointed, but I doubt I’ll be gutted as I would have been if we’d have lost the FA Cup final. In short, it’s just no FA Cup final feeling. That tells me it’s Leicester ahead of England.

No. Literally the only difference is the welcome pack.
-
Yes they did for a couple I think. Copenhagen definitely made it to members. Priority points system is in place for both access to match tickets and also season ticket holder access (or at least that’s how they’ve done it in the past).
-
You are right. But… So no more than season ticket holders got then. Difference being season ticket holders were given their £70 payment back as a ‘discount’ on this years ticket while members lose their full £40 payment. I did raise this with the club a while back to be honest and I got assurances it wasn’t falling on deaf ears. The club are well aware and have acknowledged that members often travel much further to get to games and on average can often end up putting more money into the club over the course of a season through ticket sales and fees etc. Treating them as a cash cow after the year we’ve had and the lack of membership ‘benefits’ would be a kick in the teeth, especially given the contrast with which they’ve (rightly) treated STH’s.

Pundits saying this “isn’t United level”. News for them. It is and has been now for a number of years.
-
Love seeing how much it means to the Villarreal fans. Really pleased for them.

Even if they go on and get the win, after watching this tonight I honestly have no idea how Manchester United have pulled off a second place finish in the premier league. Not a great side at all and Ole is no genius.
-
To be fair to the club it makes sense. Your £70 will be taken off of next seasons season ticket. It would be a logistical nightmare for the club to work out varying amounts due off of next seasons season ticket. By charging a match ticket price for the lucky ballot winners it means it’s a straightforward process to roll over the £70 to next year. In my opinion anyway.

Make sure you’re signed in mate. If you sign in and still not able to you’ll need to contact the club.
-
Yes not sure on the logistics of it to be honest but I read that they’d email the health questionnaires next week. Definitely no testing required though (unless the government change the requirements between now and then of course!).
-
No tests. Health questionnaire will be sent next week. That’s all

Head hurts but I don’t care. I can’t stop smiling. This FA Cup win means so so so much. We’ve won all 3 major English trophies and it feels incredible 🏆
-
Cheers. We keep telling him he should but he’s not having any of it. He enjoys doing them in his spare time as and when he can which is fair enough I guess.
-
A mixture of nerves and excitement. Annoyingly though the nerves are probably overpowering the excitement if I’m honest. I think the fact we’re Leicester fans means we all know that even if we win the FA Cup we won’t make it easy for ourselves!

Since our title winning year the only way to obtain a season ticket has been to be a member and obtain enough points. Points are gained by attending home games. In short, until the stadium is expanded the only chance of a season ticket is to become a member and attend as many home games as you can for a few years.
-
Those that have been unsuccessful - I wouldn’t give up hope just yet. Out of 8,000 people I can imagine a decent number won’t take up the opportunity to buy a ticket (for a variety of reasons) so they’ll be another (albeit limited) opportunity next week I’m sure.

Successful emails have dropped 😀

Yes I ordered 2 purely so I could put 1 away, so disappointed when both turned up with glue residue and paper stuck to the back. Not sure whose clever idea that was! I’ve dropped an email to the club shop to see if they can send at least 1 replacement in better packaging but we’ll see. -
Yes seems to be face paint
