  1. I don't mind Southampton but I really dislike that Rylan Clark lookalike manager of theirs. If they came up with Ipswich (and us) I'd be happy enough. It would meen Leeds and C*v slug it out for another year in the champo and, hopefully, F****t to join them. Anyway, 3-1 tonight.
  2. Three games left, blimey. This has been one of the quickest seasons I can remember. It doesn't seem long ago that we were all glowing from beating the SBS on the opening day.
  3. Never mind FOXES. NEVER. QUIT. How about MAKE. RUDKIN. QUIT.
  4. It's not his fault. It's the BBC's for not telling him the bleedin obvious. “The BBC did not seem particularly to have grasped the juggernaut of social media" What a buffoon.
  5. Ipswich losing. Can we lose two on the spin and still stay top?! Enzo might be a poor tactician but he might have what every manager needs - luck.
  6. I'll be watching at a pub in Leamington. There's bound to be six fingered C*v scum in there so dreading the idea of us losing this one. A nervy 2-0 win and a last 15 min Alamo attack from Plymouth to keep us all having mini-strokes.
  7. Went to the Chelsea away game on the last day of the season and the biggest cheer of the day was when they announced the score at St James Park - Newcastle 5, Spurs 1. The Chelsea fans loved that even more than we did!
  8. Turgid. Don't know if they're knackered or trying not to lose more than win but Enzo needs to earn his corn at half time and get us coming out firing. Need more runs to the by-line and cut backs into the box. Playing through the middle isn't working at all.
  9. What an absolute joke. I hate these ridiculous goal kicks.
  10. Strong. Five nil.
  11. Yeah they should put that on the application forms. Are you a serious fan or a something to do on Saturday's halfwit? Select only one.
  12. Yeah but have you tasted the donuts??? They're rank.
  13. Considering how Enzo was raving about Coady, saying what a leader he is even when he wasn't playing due to injury, it's pretty baffling why he doesn't get a start when we play two games in four days.
  14. Ricardo back - good. Ndidi starts - good. Doyle back - unsure. Daka starts - does it make any difference who we play up front? Better starting eleven than Brizzle but tougher opponents.
  15. What's more likely is Rudders would go for someone like Rooney or Lampard.
  16. While the dip in form and the way we are playing is more than concerning and questions about Enzo definitely need to be asked, replacing him now would be a massive, massive gamble. So we get shot of a manager who the players genuinely seem to like playing for and bring in someone like Cooper who doesn't know the players, doesn't know who will fit into his style and how he wants to play. And the players might not like him, might be utterly pissed off that Maresca has been sacked and might just down tools. We've all seen it before when a manager gets replaced. And if it doesn't work, the players don't like or can't play the new manager's system and we absolutely collapse and miss promotion, we are screwed. I think there's more chance of that happening than if we stick with Enzo. I know Vardy missed a couple of absolute sitters yesterday but if they'd gone in, we'd be back on top of the league and this, understandable, panic wouldn't have started. I think we have more chance of screwing this up now if we change manager rather than stick with Maresca in all honesty. If we miss out with him then he's got to go, simple. But the bigger gamble for me is pulling the trigger now.
  17. Going hard and fast. And deep.
  18. Love this. He's probably not even joking
  19. Especially if he just ambles around the pitch again watching players jog past him. The thought of losing KDH and Winks and them being replaced by Soumare and Hamza is giving me the heebie jeebies.
  20. Global News at 11.00am on Smooth East Mids. The headline story was a football finance expert (can't remember his name) saying we could get hit with a points deduction this season. They haven't mentioned it since on the midday news or 1.00pm news, so maybe someone at Global News reads this forum...
  21. It's just been reported on the radio that we could face a points deduction this season as well..???
  22. While not defending the club for the last couple of seasons and ultimately, this flustercuck we now find ourselves in, King Power are a multi billion pound company and you don't scale those heights without an elite legal team drawing up the small print. Top, Rudders and co may not appear to know what they're doing but surely they have a crack legal team behind them advising them. It worked with telling the EFL to go forth not long ago so maybe they're planning on telling the EPL to do one too.
  23. They probably also mentioned that they won the European Cup twice and play at the World Famous City Ground, and followed it up with a quick rendition of Mull of Kintyre. That should have got them a couple of points back.
  24. -2 points for mitigation and co-operation. Good job we like to be co-operative with football authorities then...
