  1. Doesn't matter if we see his cards. It's not a game of Rummy
  2. Using the linesman to find out what happened shouldn't be seen as a weakness. I'd rather see officiating like that than the horrendous scenes VAR creates every week.
  3. It's more when teams who have been in there numerous years slip through the net. If Burnley, Sheffield United and Luton go down i wouldn't back any of them to come back up. We are probably the biggest anomaly in championship history.
  4. QPR IFollow berating the Ref for taking his time but he's given a decision based on the foul and Fatawu then consulted his linesman and sent him off. Good refereeing for me.
  5. The opposition ifollow commentary are so annoying to listen to. Going on like QPR are prime Brazil
  6. Not just him. He was the biggest reason it happened, but some like Soumare weren't even trying. Watched him and Youri casually jog back as teams attacked us again and again. Rodgers should have dropped both instead of allowing it though you're right.
  7. This just makes it even worse for me. Part of an absolute disease to this club that set in and I'll never forgive players like him. Well rid.
  8. I agree, I rate him highly. Just can't see him turning the situation around. Clearly wanted out and I don't think Enzo will forget that. If it was just about his footballing ability he'd have featured for us a hell of a lot more this season, even with Vardy and Nacho.
  9. I'd agree with this if he was featuring but it'd be quite the turn around to go from 3rd choice Championship striker to playing in the Premier League under Enzo.
  10. Spot on. I thought we'd finally found our feet and given the new stadium all the identity and atmosphere it needed. Then the last few years happened.
  11. The biggest farce was when we used to say we will do a minute's silence after the horn for Remembrance Day and both home and away fans would think like most grounds it finishes after the horn stops playing. Led to both sets of fans going mad at each other about how disrespectful we are. Was chaos. Glad they don't do it like that any more.
  12. The real issue here isn't those who want to sing and those who don't/want to leave early. The issue is it not being a stadium that has stands with their own identity to separate the two. At Filbert Street you had all them years of tradition. You knew where to go and sit depending on that. They opened a ground with generic stand names, identical stands, no actual "kop" to begin with, a family stand next to away fans (that then become exclusive to those with kids). The odds were always stacked against us creating anything. Combine that with there not being enough general effort to create anything either. But what we see as "atmosphere", the club and police see as trouble. The points I've spoken about have all been deliberate to take us as far away from the intimidating nature of Filbert Street. We aren't alone in this. It's happened to Coventry, Cardiff, Southampton etc. It's the way they want football grounds to be now.
  13. I'm not defending it because I agree with everything said, but it's a lot more common than we are letting on. Even those so-called great home atmospheres aren't actually very good in this country. Now Forest have have lost their Premier League novelty their fans are complaining about how bad it's gone there. Look at the way the media wax lyrical about their home fans because of their little song at the start. Likewise Anfield has never been as good as they make out after YNWA finishes. The turning point will be safe standing. If we just make L1 safe standing then nothing will change and we might as well accept it isn't gonna get better. If we make SK1 and SK2 safe standing and everyone moves to the same part there might be a difference. Or make the new stand the family stand when it opens.
  14. Always think of Nugent chasing a squirrel when I see these words
  15. You say this, but that's how my Gran got her 'Puel Out' banner in
  16. Did you just call me a man without conviction?
  17. Insulting them? Behave.
  18. We could hire the go compare man to stand in the West stand
  19. Could start to get this in motion if they make them areas safe standing
  20. The main issue we have is the club doing pretty much everything they can to ignore the need for an atmosphere ever since designing the stadium onwards. Having said that, for a few years during the Great escape, Prem Win and just after we were easily one of the best atmospheres in the country so the blame can't all be put on that. I was only joking bringing up the family stand/Kop issue but that was the first sign the club didn't give a shit putting the family stand where it is. The only hope we have is them retirees as you put it all get so annoyed with Union FS and move to the flask drinking West Stand and Union FS becomes the whole Kop.
  21. I think we should swap the Kop and the Family stand personally
  22. Think coming on for 5 minutes against Sunderland quashes them £5m appearance fee rumours.
  23. Love how in our worst display since Coventry we still should have scored 4
